I was looking for an intense cardio workout that I haven’t done in a while and I definitely found it. I love all of your workouts but I do love the changes you have made over the years. Full workout timer, exercise and break timer and cardio but not so intense. I am thankful to be able to go back to the intense ones if I want though. When it comes to strength, I also love that you include the weight amounts that you are lifting on the screen. Lots of good changes!

That was a good sweaty one today. It was an 8 for me. Really enjoy this format; long enough with each exercise to get the benefit of the exercise but don’t get bored as like a no repeat. Find the time passes quickly with this format. Would love to see more full ab workouts to do in between cardio and strength days. Thanks once again for keeping us all fit and happy.

Super sweaty one! Challenging even with modifications . I just love your motivational talks but its hard to train your mind to work on that intewntion for the day because during the. day you never know what life is going to throw at you!! But we are all works in progress and I for one inspire to be that being that can trust in each moment and do the best i can !!

Did this one today after yesterday's strength one and boy did my legs and arms feel it! Definitely a toughie, I would give it a 9/10 too!! Out of breath and sweating like crazy!!😰 What you put into your body daily is so important in my opinion, I make it a priority to choose healthy options at least 80% of the time ! I love the feeling of fueling my body the right way. A real gamechanger with workout performance and recovery as well 🙌

I love the intentional eating talk at the end. It really helps reiterate why it is important to stay mindful. I lose that focus every now and then. And it usually spirals out of control. Then I have to find that motivation to get back on track. And that can be so hard... thank you for giving us the tools in our kit to keep moving daily. #imoveddaily
this was an 8 for me i think. totally resonate with all you shared. being AIP diet two years for my health forced me to heal my food addiction and using food for reward and comfort. took two years just to get to the place where i finally have self control and find true reward and comfort not using food. i will buy a crystal for reward and lay on my sheepskin run with a blanky and a book for comfort. changing the neural pathways takes a long time but i feel so liberated from food now and my health is great. thank you for bringing the holistic aspects to your amazing workouts! #imoveddaily

WOW! That was intense! A 10 for me. I had to take longer breaks several times. I added 3 pound weights to some of the exercises (butt kickers, lunge punches, etc.). This was a GREAT workout! Thank you!
Depending on how tired I am will determine how much low impact I’ll do. I do tend to do more low impact now at 57 years than when I was younger though. I got through this with about 40-50% low impact. Thank you for this!

I did the 50 min tabata strength yesterday. That's the 1st time I have ever had to pause any workout! And it wasn't some 30sec pause! This brutal workout also bout did me in, but I didn't pause! It's very interesting that the shorter videos have knocked me out more than the 60 min ones and the 1000 rep ones. Happy 50th bday btw, from your 60 yr old fan!

My favorite format how about a 3 in a row with a rotation of cardio then cardio with weights then compound weights strength (l hope you don't mind me sharing an idea) thanks for a great start to the day I love the journal idea!
This was a great workout that I'd rate a 9 since you asked for a rating! Anything with squat jumps, floor touch star jumps - is my least least least favorite type of exercise b/c of the hip flexors - not comfortable. The quad burn is pretty strong too. I don't take breaks - I just follow the entire video without stopping for more than a few seconds for a water break here and there so it's extremely difficult for me.

I really like the 30sec 10sec format. Its doable for me though i get intimidated by the 45sec/60sec of work formats.
