Definitely a total body workout. It does err on the side of repetitive for those who get easily bored. But it's a good mix of weights and your HR is definitely up by the end. Medium sweat.

I do miss having real music though and I get distracted at times by the sound of your movements and jumps on your mat. I admit I am one of those people who is extra sound sensitive so I doubt you get this complaint from anyone else. So great workouts and I do keep coming back. But I would love them even more with good music to go along with them that might also drown out the jumping sounds I hear. Thanks for bringing your expertise, energy and creativeness to RUclips.

If this were a 45 minute cardio I would not have done it. This one was almost like doing a few shorter workouts put together. Mentally it’s easier for me to start. Thank you again. I always feel completely “worked” after one of your amazing sessions.

I didn't think Id be able to do it but I did .. and I feel amazing and ready to hit this day!! side note ... I am finally regaining strength and mobility since getting back on track post surgery... I have not been able to touch the ground during Frog Squats .... I was so excited today when my fingertips hit the floor

This was a great workout! Glad the cardio was first when I had the most energy. I did the 6x6 on my own, and took a little bit longer to complete the rest of the workout. Compound workouts definitely get my hear rate up. I definitely felt like you at the end.. needed to lay down. Ha! Thanks Tracy for the great workout!
Oh my goodness! This was a good one especially the last section holy Hannah as you would say! Ha! What about an ABC workout? Do exercises to mimic the letter or it starts with the letter? For example, “J” Jumping Jack or jumping back and forth in the shape of a “W.”
