I absolutely LOVE these long metabolic smashes!!! Out of all your workouts, these and the multi-format mashups are my favorite! They are genuinely fun and the time flies by, all while still working super hard! Thank you!
Wow..that was quite a workout! I needed some breaks during the no rest cardio..and the pushups about did me in. The kickboxing was a nice break, and I held 2 lb dumbbells. I did prisoner squat/kicks with a 15lb dumbell be cause I knew I couldnt handle the pulse squats.The workout felt fast because of the format, even though it took me longer to complete. Thanks Tracy! I'm tired!!
I had less time than I had hoped for to get through the workout. I did not do the no repeat cardio and had to stop after a couple of exercises in the burnout round, but I'm happy with what I did. I lifted heavy and needed longer breaks, so I'm happy with what I got through. Thanks Tracy!
Finally tried this one this morning. I loved the format as it had a lot of variety and went by quickly. So fun, but so hard at times. The chest press/push-up superset was a killer! And the burnout at the end was appropriately named for sure. I hope you'll do more with the same or a similar format.

Another great work. I did not get close to 600 calories. The heaviest weight I have is 12lbs. So I think in the strength portion I dipped in calories. I need to buy some heavier weights. I ended up burning 404 active and 526 total. Thanks Tracy!

Too long, I really can't do an intense hour anymore. 40-45 mins is my max for high intensity. So I'll skip this one. Plenty of shorter ones to choose from though :)

Calorie burns are all very individual and have different factors - don't be discouraged! You did great
