    Loved this sweaty and challenging workout! I really like the shorter rest periods and compound strength that keeps the heart pumping the whole workout. Thank you for your creativity and awesome workouts!

    Great workout! Am I the only one that likes repeats, though? I feel like I get sweatier when there are repeats and somehow it goes faster. I still liked this one and found it challenging. Thanks!!

      I totally agree! I dont mind no repeats for cardio, but definetely prefer repeats for strength.

    I have not posted in a while but I have been doing your workouts. There was nothing not to love about this workout. It hit all the right notes: in length, cardio and strength. Thank you!!! And you brought back the candlestick!!!! I just did it in an older video. Those are fun to do because they have different moves.

    I came across your channel because of peroneal tendonitis. I love running and jumping and moving some to side. Well I had to cut that out for a while and I found you looking for a chair workout. I absolutely fell for the channel and all those strength/weighted workouts, which I was never much of a fan of. My arms have never looked this good and I have you to thank! ♥️

    Had fun with this workout ! I know many people like the no repeats and I do too however, I am a repeat gal! i like to do the exercise at least three times circuit style so that i can actually do t he exercise better each time and go up in the weight .This definitely got the heart rate up there ! thank you !

    Did this whole workout today! So fast and sweaty! Thanks for coming up with different exercises all the time. Looking forward to the band workout too! As a side, listening to you as we did the cool down stretches, i too broke both of my wrists at the same time doing a stupid workout move. I’m grateful that I was able to have surgery on both and for the most part both work great. Thanks again for continuing to do these videos as I look forward to seeing what is next!

    I started this amazing workout with the idea that this was one of your latest post. I couldn't stop when I noticed it was a workout I did a while ago. 😂
    This workout is great to go to the top. A great combo cardio and strength excercises.💦💪💥

    I saved this workout to do on Thanksgiving, and it was awesome! Usually I'm not a fan of no-repeat, but I liked this one 👍😀. I had to modify some moves, due to struggling with chronic pain/mobility issues in hips and right shoulder, but today was a better day for me, and I was able to get in a great workout! 🔥🦵💪😁. Thank you Tracy, for always putting together these fantastic workouts for us 🙏💖

    Love this format - cardio, strength, cardio, strength, ..... I have a time to catch my breath . And no repeat I also love. And 60 minutes - it's my fav time. And you showing modification - sometimes I need them. I have one ask - could you put in the corner preview of next move? Transition time is short and I'm losing few seconds to choose weight / loose weight. And of course : thank you and more please.....

    Did this again today. Awesome! How about a 60 minute Low impact cardio and barre fusion each cardio and barre is 60 seconds with a 15 second rest.

    I had some extra time this morning and completed this one- holy moly!!🥵I legit looked at my watch and couldn’t believe it said 700 total burned when finished. Great workout and variety!!
