I feel so accomplished! Did the entire workout! You completed me! Corny, I know! Your message at the end is so helpful to your movers. Routine works for me. I never let myself off the hook from exercise and actually look forward to it. Haven’t let COVID get in the way of my normal schedule. I feel very blessed that I am healthy and able to do these things. I wish the same for everyone. Thanks for always keeping us moving.

Holy Hannah!! That was SO challenging in the best way. I also thought these barre workouts would be too easy, but super-setting a barre move and heavy weight move on the same muscle groups absolutely kills. That chest circuit was vicious lol. Thanks Tracy!

Oh that's great! I love their matcha too. I never use to drink it because it seemed so sludgy, but I just started with the intention of increasing health and now I'm addicted!
Great workout as usual Tracy. Barre is certainly more intense than I ever thought. A wonderful way to enhance the workout. You are also right about the 360 degrees health. My way I help my self health is to do with mental health. I like to be positive and be happy, smile plus be helpful to everyone even complete strangers.

I loved this workout. I really liked how you switched up the cardio. Very fun and I was continuously trying to catch my breath. I ran out of time so finished 47 minutes of the workout and did 3 rounds of the renegade rows because I wanted a little more upper body. Would love to see more of these workouts. Thanks Tracy!
Oh my WoW! Loved it!! Killed it. 468 calories before cool down! On the barre movement with the leg lift to the side I balanced in standing leg without touching with lifting leg. Made it harder but so worth it!
Great barre strength and cardio workout. Second time doing this one and love it. Barre workout are one of my favs. Please do more workouts like this one. Thanks for all your workouts.
Wow Tracy, this workout was fantastic! I'm really loving this format, and I like how on each circuit you switched up the cardio slightly in each round 👍. It gave some variety, and got progressively harder! I think the 3rd circuit was the toughest for me, lots of leg intensity. But it was all very challenging, yet FUN! 🤸♀️ and sweaty 💦😅. And I agree, fitness isn't just exercise and nutrition, although those are the important components. But for overall health and wellness, all parts of us need loving attention, and they all affect each other.

Nice, balanced workout. Thank you. I agree physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual health are all connected. I once a gave talk to a financial group and lumped financial wellness in as well. Financial troubles can really wear on every other aspect of wellness. I have been there! Got myself untangled, but it was tough.
I work in fitness/wellness. I had a client who is a financial advisor ask me to speak to her women's investment group. It was a good experience, and fun to incorporate their topic with wellness.
Tracy, I am beyond loving these fusion work outs especially the Barre. This was such a great combo and I agree with you on the shorter circuits, goes by very quick. Thank you for all these amazing ways you help us Move Daily and stay healthy.

And totally agree with your 360-approach chat during the stretch. So appreciative of what you do and all that you give to your students.
Excellent way to start the week (extra stressful week here in the States 😬.). I swear I sweat more in these workouts than any other format. I think it might be the combination of holding time under tension and then a heavy weight and then cardio. And I feel like the breaks in between exercises isn’t as long- whatever it is, it works. You’re the best! Love the constant 360 reminder, can’t hear it enough. 🙌🏻🥰

I did this week ago and forgot to comment, shame on me!!! Really sweaty one, this combo of barre, strength and cardio was perfect there were fun, challenge and definetely hundreds of calories burnt. The circuit with chest presses demaged my upper body, I was sore I think 2 days after this one 😁😁
Loved this workout! I came across your workouts in the last few months... and I am literally in love with them! For barre I use 5-7.5lb weights and for your strength sets I’ve progressed to pushing 25lb dumbells! Absolutely love the 1hr + workouts and would love to see more! I’m originally from Nelson, now living in Edmonton but looking at settling in Kelowna and if we do I will def look you up for training!
