People don’t believe me when I say I almost never do the same workout twice. I’m not talking about the style of workout when I say this. I vary the types of workouts I do to meet my goals, but the absolute #1 reason for me is to avoid the boredom factor! Which is why I believe I’ll be working out my whole life (I’m 61, it’s already been 45 years, so why not? 😂
Loved this workout. And I so agree about variety. At 56 years old, soon to be 57, I need variety to stay motivated and to continue working out 5--6 days a week. Some days this wore out tired body just needs to use lighter weights. Thank you for all the great workouts for those of us that aren't in our younger years!
I love your workouts. You don't judge, you give modifications.....I'm 53, been strength training for 20yrs now. It does get boring, and I can no longer lift heavy. They want to fuse my back, so just trying to keep going without pain. Still lift, just not heavy. And your heart is a muscle it needs a workout too. So thank you, keep it up.

Loved this one! It was harder than I thought it would be. I love barre and kickboxing workouts, I like to throw in one per week to mix in with strength. Barre is also great for flexibility!

It's an excellent format! It was much more challenging than I thought. I used 3, 5, and 12 lbs. I also used weights for the cardio exercises. This workout was challenging, and when you challenge the body, it changes you. I need variety and spice, too.
I like a variety too Tracy! I am also coming back from two eye operations (same eye). Just got cleared by my doctor to start weights again. One more week to wait to run. But I am 55 and need the strength. I know this wasn't strength but it was a challenge on my muscles that haven;t lifted anything in a month. So I appreciate your variety approach. Now onto sessions with Stratton so I can hopefully regain what I lost. Thank you as always Tracy!!!
This was great. Just what I needed today. Heavy lifting days this week so today I needed to work on balance and mobility and just zone out with zone 2! TY

Whoo hoo! I loved this workout because it was different! I am right in the middle of an intense 2 week heavy lifting program so this was the perfect change up today! Variety is the spice of life! I workout at home with limited space and equipment as well so I need to have variety! Like you I get out every day but I walk my lovely loyal companion Biscuit for one hour every day rain or shine! Thank you for each and every one of your workouts! I love to move daily!
Could agree more about doing workouts that are also fun. The traditional 3-set, straight strength workouts are effective and important but I need to mix them up with fun and varied workouts. I've also been working out for 30+ years. Love your workouts Tracy!

I can't find the exercise I did today. So I am writing comments here.. At the end of the video, you were talking about sharing your thoughts and knowledge polarizes people and little Tracy hates it.. Well, I must say that I love what you do and appreciate you so much. I picked up your exercises during COVID when I couldn't go to the gym. I went through several others until I found you when you were sill working out in your living room. I never went back to the gym. Most recently, I really enjoy your talk about menopause. I have some issues came out of my menopause and started to pay attending.. there you were talking about menopause and even coming up with exercises that focus on menopause. I love it! So finally I joined your membership like a month ago.. So please don't get discouraged.. and you are right.. You have to have your opinions and positions; otherwise, people, like myself, won't follow you. Thank you so much!

Wowzers this was a good and challenging workout for me. But I did it. Couldn’t do the burpee’s but did another exercise in its place. I fit in one of these challenging workouts a week as it’s fun and love the cardio. Thank you again.
I like it all too, Tracy! Like you said, for building muscle you do need that progressive overload, but it's ok to do a "recovery" workout like this one sometimes. Heck, anytime you're moving your body, it's a win! So on days like today when I'm feeling kind of tired, I'd rather do a workout like this that gets me moving and gets my HR up, than to not workout at all. I got sweaty and had fun, what more could you ask for? 😅😁

Leave it to me to remind you 😆 I understand it's not completely accurate and I do use it as a gauge. I find it hard to use RPE as some days seem easy and estimate is high and vice versa. Either way I do very much appreciate your gauge as you are the only fitness goddess I follow 😁😉
