That was pretty sweaty. I had trouble with a few of the combos {uncoordinated this morning} so i improvised. Love the mash up and not knowing whats coming.
Shriek👻what an amazing intense thriller bootcamp workout. The excercises are gruel. 😅 So well put together and the variety was intense and cruel. I had a good time.😂 Thank you Tracy a Happy Halloween. 🎃 👍💪❤️
In your words, that was a nice hearty workout! Whew! I might have cussed you just a bit toward the end. 🤣That descending ladder was no joke! I did like the swapping descending/ascending on the press/v-sit. That was something different I hadn't done before. Happy Halloween and thanks for the sweat sesh!💪

I'm the same. Took a look at today's format and will be skipping it. When I get bored with the same movements on repeat, I literally cannot bring myself to finish. I would rather do different exercises focusing on the same muscle group and then move on to something else. No repeat workouts are my all-time favorite, but know you can't build strength when there is a lighter load. Catch twenty-two!
Whoooaaaaa intense was RIGHT! Great workout. The first ladder group was hard to keep up but I was lifting heavier. I didn’t know if I should scale back in reps and work til next exercise or scale back in weight to keep up. What is the prescription here?
I had same weight, but just changed exercises when Tracy did. I had to modify push up rows, & just did pushups. It's too hard for me with wrist positions needing to be in different spots for pushups & plank rows. We did it, that's all that counts!
Are you trying to kill me?😂 I modified 2 rounds of the squat to thrust count down.This was tough!I used 5, 12. 17 and 25 pounds for the duration. Loved the fun creative exercises and format.❤

Fun workout. However, I struggled to keep up during the ladder portion and my form suffered. I scaled back to just one movement and kept going
