I completed Stratton's latest workout before this. This was challenging.❤ I used 17 20 and 30 lbs. I used 12 lbs for the step ups and single leg glute thrust. Geat session. Thank you. Forget about the negativity. You have so much positive feedback..take it and do more great things.
Thank you for this quick workout. I'm reentering my fitness journey after having debilitating pain from my shoulder blade throughout the arm, elbow, and hand. This was great cardio and lower body for me at 61.

This is a great workout. I still got my heart rate up and burned 300 intent calories. I had to modify some things and then have 25 lb weights but I still managed to get a co-workout. Thank you for your channel
