So many trainers don't... you just have to wait for the beep or look up mid move to see what's next and miss out on some of your interval or inadvertently do you move with poor form trying to do your move and prepare for what's next. You're the best!

I loved this workout Tracy! I teach Balance classes to the senior population and you offered some I already incorporate and plenty I don’t - and will now that wood chop is a killer on the knees thank you!!!
I came for a Norwegian 4x4 (did it) and stayed for the balance video. It’s hard to fit everything in (weights, cardio, Pilates) so balance is lacking. So important as we age. This was great. I do one of your Norwegian 4X4s once a week usually on Sunday. I will add this balance practice to my Sundays. Thank you for all you do. Tracy

As someone who has worked with the elderly population for years, I have repeatedly seen firsthand the later consequences of not developing balance for our upcoming senior years. Devastating consequences and serious decline of quality of life is what I have witnessed more times then I care to recall😢 You have addressed a VERY important issue here (and with true professionalism and knowledge)and one ignored by most instructors. Thank you (again) Tracy. You are a TRUE leader in every aspect of fitness!!!💪🦵👍
Thought I would test my balance today and boy do I need to work on some of these! Really loved this so saving to repeat! I actually was sweating when fighting for balance. Thanks for putting this together for us.
Holy Cow I am surprised by how tricky this was for me! I thought my balance was good. This is going into regular rotation for sure!! And bonus, I just started Curling and these exercises will be so helpful to build stability for that. Tracy does it again 👏👏👏
Thanks! I needed that. Just starting to work more balance. I was a gymnast for years and balance beam was my best event. I am now 60 years old and you'd never know I was good on the balance beam.

Thank you. Not too bad at all, I do yoga every morning I suppose that helps. I used balance pad instead of the towel, I used it for abduction too.
That woodchop was so challenging even without a weight. I went through each round 1 time as I was on time constraints.
