As I have aged I have become overly sensitive to fragrance. It is quite disappointing because I enjoyed wearing fragrance. But also now in some social situations I am overpowered by a fragrance, so I have to move to another place in the room. Can be awkward for me. Thanks for this video.
Thank you for the great lesson on grooming habits! I personally think all eight are equally important for men and women. I had a former colleague who would often go a couple of weeks without proper haircare, and like you mentioned, the oil buildup on her scalp was palpable. I pulled her aside privately and gently mentioned this to her. She was very gracious and accepting of the comment and the next day, she came in with a clean and fresh hairstyle. She very kindly thanked me for bringing it to her attention and asked me to always let her know if I could smell her hair, which was never a problem again. From personal experience, I’d like to see more men and women use care with fragrance, whose likability are subjective. I really appreciate your lesson that we should not use fragrance at the office or when in close proximity to others, such as when flying or even in the doctor’s office. I’m so happy you’re back on RUclips! I look forward to each of your videos, which are so well-crafted and energetic!
Thank you for the reminders. When I go to the Aesthetician, Dental Hygenist and some other services I make sure to wash my hair that day or the day before as they are so close to you they smell everything. The perfume I wear behind my knees. I have become allergic and cannot wear close to my upper body. When I saw the inauguration, I saw some people chewing gum, I was so surprised.
Thanks very helpful. This is also self care which is great. I would love to see more fashion and presentation advice for women in the future, perhaps outfits we can wear every day like winter outfits, to the shops, on walks etc.
Which of these habits do you like the most? Which habits do you think people should prioritize?
Clean. groomed nails. white clean teeth. They don't have to be perfectly straight. but clean matters.

This is a great video. I would appreciate a video on what you carry in your handbag, like floss, listerine strips, etc.

Ugh, why has deodorant/antiperspirant become controversial? Just wear it.
