    This is my fave workout, so fun, fast and challenging every muscle group! Every time I do a burpee, I always do the abductor jump in all cardio, and also love the broad jumps and jacks back, great for spiking HR 🔥 Thank you Tracy❤️‍🔥

    Love your routines. Just want to note that we did a dumbbell squat thruster not a squat thrust. Squat thrust is a modified burpee. You are the best!

    Thanks Tracy. Did this earlier this week and loved it, especially the ratio of 2:3 cardio to strength. That’s exactly what I would choose to get the right mix. Was so happy to see Miss Lily at the end, we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old pup this week and boy is that brutal. Working out with you helps me to work through some of the emotions. Thanks friend, mentor, advisor and funny lady 😊❤️

      Oh Michele, I'm so sorry :( I was heart broken for a long time when Max died too. It leaves such a hole. Will you guys get a new dog? Did you move into your new place yet?

Don't think we have it in us to get another dog, which makes this even more heart breaking. we actually found a house the day after we lost Murphy so definitely have a lot of distraction to keep us busy. So many life changes all at once, working out has always been my safe (sane) place. Love having your smiling face there with me. :)

    Awesome combo of strength and cardio. I loved that although there were no repeats, we hit each muscle group with several exercises to really work each one thoroughly. Thanks again for a tough and fun workout!

    Loved, thank you! I may be the only one who thinks this, but the repeat workouts are faster for me than the no-repeat. I think so many different exercises makes it feel longer. But still great and you’re awesome for giving us all this content with so much variety. Thank you!

    This is the perfect workout!! I always really want to do no repeats because they are easier for me mentally but usually don't because I feel like they don't build muscle the way repeats do. This no repeat that hit the same muscle group 3x in a row so that it functions similarly to a repeat workout is the best of both worlds!! Plus it was my other two favorite things in a workout: strength/conditioning blend and 50+ minutes! Thanks Tracy!

      So glad! This was the one that I was going to name Pump and Jump, but then someone shot me this title and I changed my mind! I will still use that one at some point though!

    I wanted a one hour workout today so I was excited to see this when I woke up this morning! I love the no repeat and mix of cardio and strength. I like the 10 second rest rather than 15. I feel like it keeps my heart rate up and I get a better workout. Thanks for another great workout!😊

    I enjoyed this workout. I ran out of time so had to stop after the cardio kicks. Towards the end I subbed some dumbbell moves for the cardio. Thanks Tracy!

    I didn’t think I would make it thru this....I took a 5 min break halfway then finished!! Feel great! I really enjoyed the tricep pulses with the 5 lb weights...I really felt my tri’s with this. Thanks!

    Thank you for the hour! Loved the tricep pulses! I hate broad jumps and didn't want two of them in a row so just did fast feet up and back on the broad jump shuffle.

    I feel like I always say the same things ! , and again loved this workout !really liked how you put three of each body part together to burn out the muscle! The lower weight was good too because we were moving quick getting heart rate up ! Thank you as always!🤩😉
