Was so happy to see Miss Lily at the end, we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old pup this week and boy is that brutal. Working out with you helps me to work through some of the emotions. This is the perfect workout!! I always really want to do no repeats because they are easier for me mentally but usually don't because I feel like they don't build muscle the way repeats do. This no repeat that hit the same muscle group 3x in a row so that it functions similarly to a repeat workout is the best of both worlds!! Plus it was my other two favorite things in a workout: strength/conditioning blend and 50+ minutes! Thanks Tracy!

I wanted a one hour workout today so I was excited to see this when I woke up this morning! I love the no repeat and mix of cardio and strength. I like the 10 second rest rather than 15. I feel like it keeps my heart rate up and I get a better workout. Thanks for another great workout!😊

Thank you for the hour! Loved the tricep pulses! I hate broad jumps and didn't want two of them in a row so just did fast feet up and back on the broad jump shuffle.

Love your routines. Just want to note that we did a dumbbell squat thruster not a squat thrust. Squat thrust is a modified burpee. You are the best!
