I did all three of your workouts this week. They were all challenging for me and fun. Wow! This was such a great workout that included everything! Thank you! It was a good challenge. My kids who are 6 and 9 even joined me for the majority of the workout (modifying whenever they needed to and taking longer rest periods) and they said they had fun with it! 😀

Dear Tracy, I’m sending my love to you because I totally understand how hard it is when you get hit by what I can only call a tornado with regards to my personal agony. My brother who lived in Vancouver passed away and I’m shell shocked but for me exercise and medication have been my go to. ❤️❤️❤️

This went by very quickly and the sequence of exercises high intensify then low intensity really bit my heart rate up ! Loved the addition of the weights! Would love to see another one of these ! Sorry about your difficulties the past few days ! Life can throw you a lot of curveballs but when that happens I just hit homeruns ! Part of the workout journey for me is if I am physically strong it also helps my mind so there isn’t anything I can’t handle ! You are a tough cookie girl!

I'm going to be honest: I do really like your workouts (you are truly the best!!!) but when there's only 10 secs between each exercices, I tend to skip those workouts because a 40-45 minutes workout can take me in reality 1h00-1h15 because I keep pausing and rewind between each exercices and I do have a busy schedule so sometime I have to do find another workout of yours that will perfectly fit in my day (I feel like I don't have time to change my weights with my Power Blocks dumbells and when there's new exercices that I don't know the drill, I have to look what you do, then rewind 10 secs because I want to do the full time :P). Anyways, today I was off from work and I decided to this one because I had plenty of time to do it and to my surprise, I was able to do it without pausing because of the small demo before each exercises which really helped me to follow you without any problem. Keep up the the good work Tracy! I'm able to stay active, fit, healthy and sane because of you!!
