What a blast this full body high volume workout. The excercises a a great variety strength moves. Love it and the 60 sec are challenging enough with heavier dumbells. 😅 I’m glad I joined in. Thank you Tracy.👍🤘💪❤️

This was a great workout! I pushed myself by using 20lbs for the duration except the 2 shoulder exercises. I used 12, and I used 35lb for the plie squats. I completed this after a 15-minute arms and abs workout.❤
Another great workout, short but very challenging. I like that you list the weights you're using, I use that as a guide as to how much I should use; otherwise, I'd use all light weights.
I'm the same about the time. I prefer that the clock starts at the "beginning of the workout" rather than the intro section. If Stratton is now editing the videos, it would be appreciated if he could keep "the timer" in mind so you get the full bang for your buck! Thanks so much!😊@TracySteenMoveDaily
