    So enjoyed this workout. Loved the format of the extra 15 seconds and always love the no repeat. The time passed so quickly but not sure could have done much longer!

    So used to doing the exercises for 40-45 seconds. It's amazing how long an extra 15 seconds is!

    Loved this workout! It was a challenge even with my lighter weights (15, 10, 8) but a good primer for getting ready for the 30-challenge next week! Thank you, Tracy for the info/pep talks throughout 👌

    What a blast this full body high volume workout. The excercises a a great variety strength moves.
    Love it and the 60 sec are challenging enough with heavier dumbells. 😅

    Concise yet complete; I salute you, madam! If you’ve only got 30 minutes, this is a great workout because you will feel like you hit everything, especially if you lift as heavy as you can. Thanks, Tracy!

    This was a great workout! I pushed myself by using 20lbs for the duration except the 2 shoulder exercises. I used 12, and I used 35lb for the plie squats. I completed this after a 15-minute arms and abs workout.❤

    Another great workout, short but very challenging. I like that you list the weights you're using, I use that as a guide as to how much I should use; otherwise, I'd use all light weights.

    When I saw 28 minutes left after the warmup I was a bit disappointed. With 5 minutes left in the workout I was begging for the end!😂

      I'm the same about the time. I prefer that the clock starts at the "beginning of the workout" rather than the intro section.
      If Stratton is now editing the videos, it would be appreciated if he could keep "the timer" in mind so you get the full bang for your buck! Thanks so much!😊@TracySteenMoveDaily

    Nice to return to a no repeat. They seem to go by more quickly. Also kept the heart rate up there
