    What a great arm workout! I loved the no repeats, the format of biceps, triceps, and shoulders, along with the 30 minute timeframe. This one will be getting added to my "favorites" playlist for future workouts. Thank you Tracy!

    Loved it...I've been working out a long time but I still today could only use 8 or 5's for the workout.

    Super intense arm workout. I love the combination of the excercises and the no repeat.
    I did all standing no seated.

    Great session. I enjoyed the format. I took the lower body out. I used 5, 12, 17, 20, and (1) 30 lbs.

    Tracy, love your workouts, but don't understand why you are only doing strength training lately.
    Are you still not feeling well from the virus that you had and can't do cardio at the moment? While I know the importance of strength workouts (and certainly do them), doing high impact cardio (full session without weights) is more important to me.
    I hope you'll soon resume cardio workouts to your channel. Thanks.
