I love the vortex videos! especially spring, here in western NY looking forward to warmer weather. also I have been using the modified moves with light weights to protect my joints and still am able to keep my HR in 160's Thank you for all your videos I am a huge fan!

Awesome, sweaty, out of breath workout! I think you may have missed the pendulum lunge in round 3? Those side planks with triceps were a killer but loved them! All those squats in round 1 - insane. Thanks for the hour!

I have not run in a few days ( I have a massive bruise on my left big toe so pushing off to run is not happenin' (hopefully tomorrow) So this was just aweso,e awesome!!! oh and super hero YOU Tracy, are a super hero!
