I skipped working out yesterday after your last 2 videos b/c I was so sore (and honestly didn't have time.) I've been doing your videos since mid November off and on and I love them!

I completed a 30-minute full body circuit with strength & cardio. This was hard. That finisher is killer. I used 20, 17 & 12lbs.
