I do not like cardio at ALL but this was super fun and I need to burn this layer to show off these amazing muscles I have from your strength workouts! Cardio and Diet are the goals these next few months and hopefully keep the muscle 😄 I liked the breaks which is pretty standard with a HIIT workout so I thought it was a great touch! Great intensity of course take a break iam 62 and I do something every week mon thru fri and try to walk on the weekend but here in southern Maine it can be difficult thanks Tracy 😊
Thanks Tracy! Started doing your workouts when my gym closed and just loving them. I look forward to seeing you now, it may be hard to go back to the gym. I prefer no breaks, I like in past videos how you suggest pausing video for breaks. My favorite format is cardio and strength but feel like I need to do the only cardio ones as well. I also am preferring your longer workouts but need a 50 min or 45min workout occasionally. I am also really appreciating the timer and more upbeat music in your newer videos.

Every time I have to pause the video for a break, it adds to the overall time, which I did not necessarily account for when planning my day, and it can cause me to get behind on my day before it even starts! Great workout, by the way!

Excellent solid cardio routine I'll be returning to over and over. I didn't need the pauses, but it was easy enough to just add another cardio move during that break.
This was a perfect work out to do since I am stuck in a hotel room in San Francisco. Tracy- you got my heart rate into the 160s which never happens (my resting heart rate is the Low 50s.). Wowsa! I’m here to visit my son and it’s the first time in a year that it’s rained and it’s going to rain for the next four days while I am here. 😡. Looks like I’ll be looking for a few other of your workouts that are hotel room friendly. You’re a lifesaver, thank you! ☔️😭💪🏼👏🏻

It was nice that it was all standing, since I've been recovering from my back injury, it is still hard for me to get down to the ground and up quickly, and also some of the moves on the ground hurt my back. So this was perfect! I am dripping sweat all over, even my forearms! 😅 I liked having the breaks included 👍
Sweaty cardio! Love it and need it! I think it's great you added the break. Sometimes I take one and don't know if I should or if it's too long. Sunflowers are a pretty Fall flower, so many varieties these days as well!

Whew! This was a good one Trace! 45sec is soooooooo long! ha! But, it is nice to change it up from the 30sec every once in awhile. Loved the moves here. Always love kicks and punches! The 50sec rest is ok. I like the option of doing it on my own so your video is just nonstop. But, as long as the workout is still just as long it’s no biggie!
This was great, so sweaty. I like when you show your break and also like the new feature of the timer of workout. Please more like this and any chance you could do some 10 minute abs workouts too. Thanks Tracy.
Loved that this was all standing. Great idea I really liked that you included your breaks because sometimes i need a break but i just do not take it so this helps me. Ad for your fall look , do not know if you have a Home Goods in Canada but they have beautiful /pumpkin/flowers types of things an d very inexpensive.

I was excited to do this no repeat cardio workout! I would love to see another longer (60 minutes) no repeat cardio or cardio and strength workout. I didn’t like the breaks included. I would pause if I needed a break.😊 Love your workouts!
Brilliant! This one flew by. Love the variety and the challenge. I liked having the breaks. I never take a break normally but I had to in this case. However I’m equally happy not to have them as I generally don’t take them (although maybe I should 🙈) 😂

Loved the workout! I am healing from a stress fracture in my tibia and so I can only do low impact. I still burned 400 calories with this one. Also. . . love that you put in the breaks (50 seconds).
Loved this workout!!! It was tough, but I kept hearing a voice in my head saying "people like us do things like this!" I prefer to take my own breaks since it's so easy just to hit the pause button when I want, but I'm fine with whatever is easiest for you for editing!
