Endorphins are great! Thank you for the workout. It helped me avoid pain killers for bursitis pain in my shoulders. Your routines help us tap into our bodies own pharmacy. Dopamine when we look forward to the workout. Endorphins during the workout. Serotonin when we tough it out til the end. And oxytoxin when the family goes for a group hug.
Last wekk diagnosed with RA. Was not willing to workout but gave this one a try to check my mental strength. Only could finish 2 rounds but I am proud of myself that I atleast did try

This was intense and extremely sweaty...I could have collected sweat in a bucket lol.
I worked through the 40 seconds and took some much needed deep breaths during the 10 second breaks.
Honeslty I was super proud of myself for completing this. It was challenging but I did it!!!

Nice workout, 366 active calories, 117bpm average heart rate. I was using 1.2 pound weight bags in each hand for the first three rounds, by the fourth, I had put that down. Doing pushups today had killed my arms.
Great workout though, I was definitely sweaty by the end. I think this is the first workout I have done with you but it won't be the last.
I hope at some point to kick as high as you, but I am not as flexible yet. Thank you
