Great workout! I’m always up for a no repeat all standing workout. Easy to add intensity as desired and I liked the standing abs. That lunge crunch move was brilliant - working legs, abs and balance.
Added 20 minutes of this video after descending ladder, honestly even 20 min was too intense, listen to your body is a good thing! Thank you Tracy ❤️🔥
Amazing to do this low impact cardio abs again. Earlier I did your quick arms & abs (low impact) workout for 20 min. This gives me more statisfaction because of more intensity with light dumbells along with the excercises. I had a good time and sweat on monday. 😅 Thank you again Tracy. 👍💪❤️
I enjoy your low impact routines, some days my energy level is low and this is perfect. You still get my heart rate up and I still need a towel to wipe my sweat. But my joints get a rest. 😂Thank you!

I was looking forward to a cardio workout after so much strength. I have a big space downstairs with a large television. I decided to make it a party 🎉! I invited some friends. We started with this workout. A couple of us did most moves high impact. Afterward we had a potluck salad bar. I roasted a chicken and we had all the veggies and trimmings. It was fun 🤩! Thanks for leading the party!😊

I wanted to do a low impact cardio this morning, and this is exactly the workout you posted ! 😁I loved that it was 45 minutes, that's just what I like! 👍I also loved the added benefit of standing abs thrown in. My heart rate was up, and I got nice and sweaty! 💦 I agree about the studies. For me, I take things I hear into consieration, but I always listen to my own body, and do what feels best for me. Studies are often biased, and the parameters might not fit my own body/lifestyle/age etc.

❤ ❤happy I did this. Because my heart rate finally got up there. And I'm currently on a weightlifting band because I did so many metcon workouts I strained my write chest muscle or rotator cuff not sure which going to see a doctor. And my right knee has been hurting so I've been having to do a lot of lower impact and I'm so used to doing metcon and wait it's like sucking the soul out of me lol. So at least I was able to do this one and get a sweat on but me seeing my muscles just weighing away and dissolve because I can't lift is driving me nuts! Hopefully I'm back to it soon soon❤❤❤
This was so great!! Thank you Tracy!! May I ask; do you sauna? I have been seeing a lot of talk about sauna also ice baths. Do you ice bath? I did sit in the sauna a while back, very short , but it felt good. It seemed to reall y get deep to soothe my muscles. Just wondering if you do or what you think?
Sweaty mess even on the low impact! I have to agree with a comment I saw on another workout like this, your low impact cardio sessions are probably the best I've ever done! And love the talks during the stretching. I think most of us are so frustrated trying to decipher who to listen to when it comes to food. Here in America, our food is trying to kill us anyway with all the GMO, pesticides, hormones, etc. I think if we stick to whole foods and try to keep it balanced, it's all we can do unless we start our own farms! 🤣
Most of the time, I measure the "people say" to how I feel. If I say eat chicken and I feel ill afterwards, I'll stop eating chicken. (Just an example). Listen to your body. It will always tell the truth if you are paying attention.
