It's been a while since I've done a Tabata workout. It's so good for that cardiovascular training, isn't it? It was nice to alternate with ab work in between the cardio sets. I modified as usual for my back, but still felt my abs for sure! This workout got me very sweaty, and my HR stayed up! 👍I felt a little spicy this morning, so I did some of the cardio moves high impact. 😅 You're right, Tracy. Getting our healthy routines into a habit is the key to success and endurance for the long haul!

I put a note through my new downstairs neighbours door this morning to apologise in advance for all morning workout related clattering and banging....😬🤞 I'll tiptoe the rest of the time if it means they dont loath me 😅
I always forget how much I love Tabata! Did this one again today and it was just what I needed after a couple days of heavy lifting.
Tabata isn't my fave😅 so i chose to do it and get it out of my way LOL. Was amazing as always and glad i challenged myself.

Loved it. Did it with 8 lb pounds but my arms got tired the very last set and used 5 lbs there. Great workout.
