Great workout! I did it with heavier weights. Wanted a workout after the crazy weather we had in Dallas. Thunderstorms and high winds and the sirens went off this morning. Just got the power turned back on a few hours ago! Luckily, my pets, my house and I are okay. It was pretty scary for a while.
