I revisited this workout today, and it was awesome! I am a sweaty mess, and my HR was way up all the way through 💓😅. I felt like burning out my legs some more, so I did a quick 10-minute leg/glute workout with sliders right after this. Talk about leg burn! 🦵🔥 Thanks Tracy, for this really good low-impact, high-effectivity workout! 👍🤸♀️
Loving this low impact groove lately ;) A lot of people are surprised at the calorie expenditure of low impact workouts but if you think about it, it requires a lot more muscle control to perform the exercises when compared with the momentum of plyo and other jumping moves. I think XD
I love this workout! Look forward too trying it later. Can I make a possible request for you? A wrist friendly workout? No on the floor moves unless on the back like flys or chest press, core etc. I have sensitive wrists and know so many who also do. I have to modify so many moves it would be fun to have a hull body strength and cardio wrist friendly workout. No push ups, or bear crawls, or hands to the floor moves.
This low impact cardio workout is so good, Tracy! My HR was up, I got very sweaty 😅, and 40 minutes was just the right amount of time. 👍On some of the moves, I used 2 lb hand weights to increase the effort. 😁I think low impact cardio works the muscles more than high impact, because you're not using momentum to move. And the bonus is you're still getting the HR up and working the heart! 😉❤But I like to mix it up, sometimes low, sometimes high. I miss your livingroom workouts, Tracy!

Not only that, but you didn't make me get down on the floor as so many low-impact workouts are prone to do; I needed the break for my wrists and shoulders today. I, too, feel like I'm cheating when I do the low-impact options in other workouts, so labeling this as you did was really helpful. This is one I am sure I will return to often. LOVED this workout, and in agreement that it’s perfect to have an all low impact workout to go to after harder days of training. I’m an advanced exerciser but having just turned 57 I do need to give my knees a break from higher impact (and I modify routinely as needed within high impact workouts) or else I’m hobbling. It’s great to have this option and I think it will help you reach a wider audience (which you deserve!).
Love no repeat and love low impact. Today itwas supose to be my leg day, so I though I am doing it as a kind of longer warm-up (usually 20-30 minutes cardio). But I don't need more leg exercises. It was enough for me. And I really apreciate no wrist involvement as I'm working out 6 day a week and next day is upper body with weights.

When I saw the title, I thought oh, this will be easier than usual, but I was wrong! It was great to have a break from high impact and especially good to have a break for my wrists. It was interesting to see how you took so many of your high impact exercises and modified them to low impact. Thank you for a super workout.

Had to take a week off of high impact due to a pulled muscle in my back. This was perfect for getting back in the groove. And, yes! So sweaty! Feels so good to move!
Great variety! Really liked the no repeat, all standing moves! I liked the squat heel lift which was a new move for me. I have to admit that I didn't feel the need for a low impact workout so was happy to do regular jumping jacks and otherwise do higher impact versions of the moves.
I tried this yesterday but have to be honest, I did the high impact version of the moves! So it was a great workout and nice that it can be powered up if you want to :D thank you!!
Hi Tracey, I’m following you from Madrid Spain. Love your low impact trainings, do them 2/3 times a week, but I wonder you could do one with less squats!!! Don’t know if in the kind of routines this is possible, but even you said about this one that there was lots of squats! Thanks!!,!
Liked the workout, I do many of yours and often alter them to low impact to protect my back and knees. The only problem with this workout is that almost every exercise incorporated a squat. Though I'm a hardcore exerciser, I do have to watch my knees and continual squats like this, though low impact, still can aggrevate them 😕.
Amazing workout! I've had a break from hard workouts last couple of weeks due to my sciatica, and then period, so this was perfect to get me back on track. But, I did high impact version of almost all the moves, and, boy, it was hard 😅
I really don’t like cardio workouts. I like to get my cardio without knowing it by playing pickleball. Chasing that ball makes me focus on something else besides the running. I agree that I CAN modify during your normal workouts but I feel like a wimp if I don’t follow along. I’m glad you make low impact workouts!

This low impact cardio workout is so good, Tracy! My HR was up, I got very sweaty 😅, and 40 minutes was just the right amount of time. 👍On some of the moves, I used 2 lb hand weights to increase the effort.
😁I think low impact cardio works the muscles more than high impact, because you're not using momentum to move. And the bonus is you're still getting the HR up and working the heart! 😉❤But I like to mix it up, sometimes low, sometimes high.
