During the early days of the pandemic my husband and I started making a habit of walking our dogs in the woods, 2 miles every day....we still maintain that habit and it is a very important part of our day! And, you little dog is so cute!!!

I loved the combination of low impact cardio and standing abs (good for my back), and even the standing abs moves kept my HR up! 💦 Some of those exercises were real quad burners, loved it! 🔥

I broke my right ring finger yesterday and I was so upset that I wouldn't be able to do any of the workouts but then I looked at your library and saw a bunch that have no weights involved and I was sooooooooooooooooooo happy! This one really got my heartrate up too!! Thank you thank you thank you!! I'm so afraid that I will lose all the muscle I have been working on by not being able to use weights in my right hand. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
I did this workout and I must say...this is one of the best standing workouts I have done. I really feel this in the abs and legs. Will be putting this on rotation for sure

Loved this! I like the no jumping/no wrist! I sometimes get sore feet and wrists after workouts, so this was great! Thank you! Walking makes a huge difference on a daily basis! I didn’t get a walk in yesterday, and I could tell. I try to get out every day. 🙂
Thanks for this one Tracy. I had my first vaccination for Covid yesterday & my arm is a bit sore so this workout was perfect. I did not want to be lifting weights today. There’s always a workout on your channel that will work for whatever I’m feeling on any given day. Thanks so much for the variety. 😊
This was fun. I wore my weighted vest and it was perfect for this! Added an 8lb med ball for most of the moves and a 15lb kb for the last 2 moves. Heart rate was up! Loves that bent over twist move. You are right, if you turn your head into it, you feel it more. Thanks!

My watch said I burned 200 calories and heart rate was around 150- 170 throughout. I do have a samsung watch so it may not be as accurate. I used the circuit training function. Fun workout either way! I did not take any breaks. This month I have been upping my protein intake and counting calories and this has been one of the workout videos I keep coming back to.Thanks!
They say to allow for a 30% margin of error in tracking calories burned. So, I always take it with a grain of salt. You worked out, you sweat, that's what matters.

I usually work out first thing in the morning and I have the most energy then. But due to all day zoom calls, I had to wait to the end of the day when I have no energy after sitting at my desk. However, this workout was PERFECT to break a sweat and get the blood flowing after a long day of sitting!
This was a great workout Tracy. Liked the low impact movement with the standing ab work. I was sweating and abs were feeling it by the end. Great job 👍

I especially loved this workout because sitting on my tailbone is painful, so I have to avoid most floor ab exercises. I really appreciate all you do, to get these workouts done and uploaded for us🌹
