    that was super!! i love good hard low impact workouts to alternate between high impact...sometimes this 51year old needs a sweaty hard class with jumping for the knees!!! THANK YOU TRACY for all the amazing content!!

    During the early days of the pandemic my husband and I started making a habit of walking our dogs in the woods, 2 miles every day....we still maintain that habit and it is a very important part of our day!
    And, you little dog is so cute!!!

    Tracy! You are SO creative! Great workout - don't know how you constantly come up with such unique combinations! I was so surprised with how my heartrate stayed up during this workout, without jumping. And l-o-v-e-d the broad variety of core exercises. You continue to amaze us! Thank you for all you do!

    Ahh! This was the perfect combo for me! Thank you, Tracy! And thanks for encouraging us to walk - even in the cold weather. I’ve been lax about that already. I usually walk in the warm weather only, But, I definitely agree it is good for mental health and I should give it a try.

    I wanted a nice long cardio workout this morning, and found this little gem! Tracy, I've been with you for over 6 years now, and somehow I keep finding workouts of yours I've never done before! 😃This was so good! I loved the combination of low impact cardio and standing abs (good for my back), and even the standing abs moves kept my HR up! 💦
    Some of those exercises were real quad burners, loved it! 🔥

    Well, that was a great workout Tracy!!! I broke my right ring finger yesterday and I was so upset that I wouldn't be able to do any of the workouts but then I looked at your library and saw a bunch that have no weights involved and I was sooooooooooooooooooo happy! This one really got my heartrate up too!! Thank you thank you thank you!! I'm so afraid that I will lose all the muscle I have been working on by not being able to use weights in my right hand. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

    I did this workout and I must say...this is one of the best standing workouts I have done. I really feel this in the abs and legs. Will be putting this on rotation for sure

    I've done this twice😊. This one does work up a little sweat and the time flies. I like the exercises. Perfect for me right now.

    I've been doing these standing ab workouts with you for 1-2 months now maybe 1-2 times per week.the improvement in my core is amazing. It feel so much tighter and I see lines which were not there before. I still do some on the mat abs but not as much. Also,I found this 40 min sweatier than 45min one :) Great workout ! More like this please :);)

    Omg.. That was a super burn.. I don't believe I burnt 400 cals with a low impact. Thanks Tracy, please keep posting more of such workouts. You know an intense burn on a low impact is a real bonus. ❤️

    Loved this! I like the no jumping/no wrist! I sometimes get sore feet and wrists after workouts, so this was great! Thank you!
    Walking makes a huge difference on a daily basis! I didn’t get a walk in yesterday, and I could tell. I try to get out every day. 🙂

    Thanks for this one Tracy. I had my first vaccination for Covid yesterday & my arm is a bit sore so this workout was perfect. I did not want to be lifting weights today. There’s always a workout on your channel that will work for whatever I’m feeling on any given day. Thanks so much for the variety. 😊

    This was fun. I wore my weighted vest and it was perfect for this! Added an 8lb med ball for most of the moves and a 15lb kb for the last 2 moves. Heart rate was up! Loves that bent over twist move. You are right, if you turn your head into it, you feel it more. Thanks!

    My watch said I burned 200 calories and heart rate was around 150- 170 throughout. I do have a samsung watch so it may not be as accurate. I used the circuit training function. Fun workout either way! I did not take any breaks. This month I have been upping my protein intake and counting calories and this has been one of the workout videos I keep coming back to.Thanks!

      They say to allow for a 30% margin of error in tracking calories burned. So, I always take it with a grain of salt. You worked out, you sweat, that's what matters.

    LOVED this! I was so burned out today from a lot of intense workouts, and was so happy to see this workout. Definitely a good one, and got my "sweat on", but I was happy to not have to lift today! You're always keeping it fresh! Thank you!

    Going into this I was like Oh good no heavy weights today and probably an easier workout! But , man do you work and no weights and no jumping ! Heart rate was pretty high ! Loved the standing twist move , never did that one before . Wouldn't mind more like this ! Thank You!

    I usually work out first thing in the morning and I have the most energy then. But due to all day zoom calls, I had to wait to the end of the day when I have no energy after sitting at my desk. However, this workout was PERFECT to break a sweat and get the blood flowing after a long day of sitting!

    GOOD MORNING!!! I burned 311 calories. My resting heart rate is so low that it takes a lot for me to get my heart rate up but I am good with that. Thank you for another great workout Tracy. Have an amazing Wednesday!!!

    Thanks Tracy! That was good for my joints. Do you walk after you workout? I always walk first so that I’m not sweaty while I’m out in the cold. The only problem is that it is at 6 am, so it’s still dark out.

      Before or after, depends on the day and my schedule. I actually like after when I'm all warm but yes, you can cool down quick too!

      I especially loved this workout because sitting on my tailbone is painful, so I have to avoid most floor ab exercises. I really appreciate all you do, to get these workouts done and uploaded for us🌹

    Great workout. My hips thank you for that low impact. You mentioned a took? Or tuke? Can you tell what that is? I’m a Florida girl and have no idea. It’s actually cold (for us) today .I woke up to temps in the low 50’s (Fahrenheit).
