Good workout. Solid heart pump, no matter the fitness level. It's funny, year after year we hear the same struggles people have with weight management and the common pitfalls well-meaing people fall into. Research has been pretty definitive about what to do to lose weight right? Over a consistent period of time, you have to expend more energy (exercise, N.E.A.T, metabolism, digestion, hormone efficiency) than you take in ( food, drinks). The hard part is finding the strategies you're able to use with energy expenditure( running, CrossFit, regular walking, Tracy Steen) and nutrition (vegan, keto, fasting, portion control, etc). With energy expenditure the "why" pretty much guides your consistency. Why are you doing the activity? If that reason is good enough, you'll do it. For some health, enjoyment, simplicity as a why will do it, but you have to be honest with yourself. If aesthetics drives your why it may work, but In my experience that withers away over time. Same with food intake. Figuring out the "why" we are overeating(i.e. mood, depression,stress, lack of knowledge, lifestyle
You nailed it Will! Your WHY has to be profound to you. So many start and stop because they only have a short term goal of weight los, as opposed to a lifetime identity goal of health. Thank you for your words.

I'm glad you shared, what a beautiful gift to encourage people to find a solid why 🙏 I feel a strong need to highlight though that veganism isnt a diet, a plant based diet is often referred to as a vegan diet however this is damaging for the animals and the movement towards their liberation. Veganism simply means being against animal abuse and aligning your actions with that belief. The reason I work out (my why) is 'for the animals'. I'm so grateful to Tracy for giving me the tools I need to keep my body strong and in service to these precious beings. Good luck with your why's beautiful people and remember peace starts on your plate ✌
I've been doing a variety of your workouts 6 times a week for the past 5 month. My horse back riding teacher used to say "Let's take a break so that you can catch your breath". Now she says: "Let's take a break, so that the horse can catch his breath". I love how much stronger and more flexible I have gotten. I have not been as fit as right now in many, many years. I love how there's warm up at the beginning and stretching at the end with explanation of customizing our exercises to either focus on fat loss or strength training. Many workout videos don't come with warm up or stretching, and they don't explain how to customize the workout to work for each individual either. Awesome video you've got and your exercises are so DOABLE and not impossible to complete! They are totally suitable for beginners like me!

WOW!! What a PERFECT Low Impact, super fun and sweaty workout!!! Loved it!!! The use of light weights made my heartrate soar and the moves were so fun!!! Thank you, Tracy!!! This one goes right into my Favorites and will definitely do it again! Also loved the nutritional advice during cooldown👍

If you do not get the desired results I would consider you commit to a program from someone you trust. (cough Tracy Steen). Just stumbled upon your channel. You have a new follower! I'm 62 and struggling with belly fat for only about a year now. Amazing how fast my body changed even though Im exercising 3-4 times per week and eating mostly a plant based diet! I need help! Will definitely follow your suggestions! ❤
I love that you did this! I hate burpees I’ve never been able to do them properly and it caused low back issues. Are you going to make a workout video of glutes and shoulders again? It’s been a few years and I miss them! I’m def requesting hip thrusts and deadlifts for glutes pleaseeeee :)
