The structure was perfect and fun especially for someone like me who easily gets bored doing the same exercises for 3-4 rounds (with a high probability of falling on an exercise i really hate lol). I worked up a great sweat, perfect transitions and then the "cool down" with the abs exercise and back on with the cardio. Time flew by so fast, sweat pouring in my eyes, my heart on fire and the endorphins all over the place. It was truly amazing
I know this is super old, but just had to say I so appreciate you mentioning the broken bone and that you worked through it. I am currently dealing with tennis elbow and have noticed the huge change in muscle tone in my arms since I’ve had to eliminate weights. I’m still doing legs/cardio/abs like you mentioned you did and am hoping to be back on the strength training soon. Love your channel and workouts!! 🩵

Barbara Buccola aww thanks. Well I definitely popped it out of its socket they said, and bruised the ligaments around the joint. I just have to be careful not to do anything that would reinjure it. And that's why we did legs and abs haha!!

This was an excellent workout for a Sunday morning! I wanted lots of cardio today, and it was a great format with the 10 min of cardio and 5 min of abs alternating. Loved it! During the workout, I kept thinking "I need to tell her this move was my favorite", but then there were so many, that I lost track, and I think almost all of them were my favorites! It was really fun, and I was dripping with sweat at the end (actually all the way through). I really pushed myself, and didn't do too many mods on the cardio intervals. Some of the ab exercises I had to modify a bit, because sometimes my low back hurts on certain moves. But most I could do as presented, and these were some of the best ab exercises I've done in a long time! Thanks Tracy =)

After giving birth to my 4th child nearly 11 months ago, I need all the Ab workouts I can get! I did this with ankle weights (minus the jumping lunges, just did regular lunges with while holding weights) and a jump rope. GOOD TIMES!
So what was the outcome with your shoulder? I really enjoyed this workout. Great variety of moves. Lots of ups and downs. The abs sections were full of fun exercises. Very satisfying hour of my life, thank you.

jeesh o weez louise, did u have to wring out that rug when you were finished? You are PROOF-Absolutely no excuses not to exercise. I can't do full cardio kickboxing punches anymore(left shoulder), I just extend as far as I can before the pain. Thanks for the Excellent work out!!! keep it Up -- Mr. C
As usual, another great workout! I hope you get better soon though and glad to see if wasn't more serious. Once healed, do you think you may consider doing a kettle bell workout? I love my kettle bells but have not found a workout that has challenged me very much and being that I get so much from your videos, maybe you can think of doing one? Just an idea! :)

That's awesome! I still have issues with the shoulder, I work around them and know which exercises make it worse, so then I go lighter.
