      @@TracySteenMoveDaily I use a Polar FT4 training watch :) It's a basic watch, that provides exactly what I need for my workouts reading of heart rate, calorie burn as well as some clever features such as optimal zone and a workout timer.

    Can these types of HIIT workouts also be considered strength training since there are so many lunges, squats, pushups, etc.? Loved the burpee side stance! Thank you Tracy! :) you're the best

      For sure, but because the rep range is so high, we are not training in muscular strength. You will still build strength because of time under tension, but not as fast as if you did straight lifting.

      @@TracySteenMoveDaily oh ok - got it! I just really prefer HIIT workouts and strength workouts that use body weight or light weights (barre, pilates, kickboxing, your mini band workouts). I try to like lifting but I just don't lol

      @@TracySteenMoveDaily I like everything. The moment I start I forget I'm even working out and by the end of the video want to replay it all over again. Time flies by, you're so natural and funny in what you do, always new drills and creativity, which I love since I get bored easily. I sweat fast and my heart rate's up, I'm a cardio fan and your hiit are just super. Also, I've worked out with you in my worst conditions or when I didn't even feel like or have had injuries, so you're literally one of my fav RUclips trainers!

    This was brutal Tracy. Had to modify some moves but got it done. I too am watching the Umbrella Academy. I obsessed with five! Love him and his sidekick Delores. Lol. I'm a little lost with the time travel stuff but am still enjoying it. Thanks for a challenging workout that humbled the hell out of me. Woowza!

    Thanks for sharing what you learned from your counseling! I had no idea you used to be a counselor. On another note, THANK YOU so much for the HIIT workout. I only did 40 minutes of it, but that was perfect for me. Would love more cardio HIITs!

    Ooh Tracy you tricked us! I read the format and it said 45 seconds work. When you started and said 60 seconds work I was like 'nooooooo'. Cardio isn't my favourite but I got through it!! 💪

    I drank waaaaay too much water during this workout. The awful feeling of water sloshing in your stomach is second to the burning feeling of gorilla burpees. ;-)

    I don’t know about anyone else, but I MUCH prefer gorilla burpees to partial burpees. I’ll take the gorilla every time. Lol

    Great workout! After a pretty intense week I had hard time to convince myself to do it on a Saturday morning... So glad I did though! Feeling energized 😜 BTW, what is that Netflix show that u recommended? I was in my zone jumping and didn’t get the title :)
