For sure, but because the rep range is so high, we are not training in muscular strength. You will still build strength because of time under tension, but not as fast as if you did straight lifting.

Time flies by, you're so natural and funny in what you do, always new drills and creativity, which I love since I get bored easily. I sweat fast and my heart rate's up, I'm a cardio fan and your hiit are just super. Also, I've worked out with you in my worst conditions or when I didn't even feel like or have had injuries, so you're literally one of my fav RUclips trainers!

I'm a little lost with the time travel stuff but am still enjoying it. Thanks for a challenging workout that humbled the hell out of me. Woowza!
