    OH MY GOSH TRACY- thanks for the shout out! I almost died when you mentioned me working out in the cruise ship. 😂😂 I always work out on vacation too, but I refuse to go into the gym is on cruise ships. I was able to do a few of your workouts that week in the tiny space on the crew ship without a problem. The view out the balcony is always a great motivator. Thanks for always helping to keep me in shape, you are the greatest! 💖

    I love your 30 minute HIIT workouts for when I am pressed for time - I get up at 4:30am so that I can workout before I go to work so can only do 30-45 minutes! So I always do your longer workouts on the weekend! And I yes I always workout on vacation and holidays as it gives me energy and makes me happy :) Thank you!

    And yes, I enjoy working out on vacations! Especially taking in a different view and scenery... working out on vacation can be fun and even a great time to get started on a consistent moving daily routine as you are away from daily distractions and pressures!

    Tracy, this was my 5:15 am workout today! I didn't realize I did it 2 weeks ago! 😃 Absolutely fast pace 30:10 format! Lots of high and medium intensity and impact moves! Those 10 sec rests... needed them so much! The sprinkling of the lower intensity and impact moves were so welcomed! Thank you so much for this breathtaking cardio workout! Have a wonderful day! 🌻🌅

    I follow Tom Bilyeu, and I listened to this the other day! It was amazing. He is spot on, I just have the hardest time waking up at 5 am! I am going to start at least with one or two days a week...baby steps!

    My favorite format! No repeat and 30 second intervals! Even sprawling frog kicks are bearable for 30 seconds 😊. However, Spider-Man switches are never easy! I had to take them slow 🥵.

    I love this 30 minutes cardio (without repetition - I hate cardio repetition when I know I must repeat it x times when I'm out of breath) . after that I did your 50 min upper body. And that was perfect match. I am trying to mix cardio with strenght designed for one body area.

    Even though this was my rest day, I did this. Soreness. My husband and I work out on whenever we go on a cruise, as well. It always amazes the beautiful state-of-the Art gyms on these ships and there are like three people working out.

      Oh wow, I would love that. We went to the tip of Spain last year and took a ferry across to Tangiers, Morocco. It was amazing. Do you live in Spain?

    As to your question, yes I workout on vacation, I pack my workout clothes and resistance bands if we are going somewhere where there is no gym equipment. Keep up with the routine.

    That s the real cardio workout! I was really struggling at c3. Were you? Admire you still talking! Love it couldn’t do the single leg burpees couldn’t finish last 3 sec Superman brutal

    Thank you for a great cardio workout! I did your upper body superset workout yesterday and this was a great follow up! The burpees were a bit tough because my shoulders were still reeling from yesterday! 😀❤

    I hadn't planned for a 500 calorie workout today but that's what I got with the abs/cardio. This cardio is intense with 10 secs of rest. I had to pause a couple of times but well worth it to get the whole thing in. 🙂

      10-second break is not much at all! It's funny how 15 seconds just seems like way longer when you're out of breath haha!

      Indeed I have and you'll get one more tomorrow as well! I just wanted to see how RUclips would punch up my views in the algorithm if I put it more content. It's taken a lot of time though the editing is crazy, but if it's worthwhile then maybe I can quit my day job!
