I love your 30 minute HIIT workouts for when I am pressed for time - I get up at 4:30am so that I can workout before I go to work so can only do 30-45 minutes! So I always do your longer workouts on the weekend! And I yes I always workout on vacation and holidays as it gives me energy and makes me happy :) Thank you!

Tracy, this was my 5:15 am workout today! I didn't realize I did it 2 weeks ago! 😃 Absolutely fast pace 30:10 format! Lots of high and medium intensity and impact moves! Those 10 sec rests... needed them so much! The sprinkling of the lower intensity and impact moves were so welcomed! Thank you so much for this breathtaking cardio workout! Have a wonderful day! 🌻🌅
I follow Tom Bilyeu, and I listened to this the other day! It was amazing. He is spot on, I just have the hardest time waking up at 5 am! I am going to start at least with one or two days a week...baby steps!
My favorite format! No repeat and 30 second intervals! Even sprawling frog kicks are bearable for 30 seconds 😊. However, Spider-Man switches are never easy! I had to take them slow 🥵.

Even though this was my rest day, I did this. Soreness. My husband and I work out on whenever we go on a cruise, as well. It always amazes the beautiful state-of-the Art gyms on these ships and there are like three people working out.

I hadn't planned for a 500 calorie workout today but that's what I got with the abs/cardio. This cardio is intense with 10 secs of rest. I had to pause a couple of times but well worth it to get the whole thing in. 🙂
@@TracySteenMoveDaily came back to this gem today due to some sore abs and legs😝. I like these super quick ones with the 10 secs of rest! I did not feel like working out at all when I started but glad I did. 😀

10-second break is not much at all! It's funny how 15 seconds just seems like way longer when you're out of breath haha!
