    Woo hoo! Thanks for this sweaty cardio and abs workout! I was pretty much dripping with sweat at the end, and my hr was way up throughout. My favorite move was the criss cross front squat jump, that was really fun!
    I love the idea of you having a new set for the workouts Tracy! Your livingroom is so pretty, and I've always felt like I was a welcome guest in your home, but it would be fun for a change in scenery to have a set. Keep us posted on new developments!

    What a way to start the morning! So fast (and sweaty)! I love the 30 minute workouts(so great when you need to move but are short on time).

    This was just the quick cardio workout i was looking for today. Quick, sweaty and effective = perfect. Thanks, Tracy! Btw, i LOVE the idea of change of set. You have a beautiful livingroom but a nice white backdrop and with clean open space would much better serve your amazing and very professional workouts. Imo, of course. ☺

    Good morning Tracy! I just did this workout at 7:30am after an upper body focused workout! Lots of upper body moves, especially moves 5-12 in the beginning! I didn't expect it! Brutal! Loved it so much! Great core, abs, and leg moves! And of course ending with Star Jumps to burnout the legs! Loved it! Thank you so much for this great workout and all you! Have a wonderful weekend!

    Loved this one as I was pressed for time but still wanted a hard sweaty workout - thank you! HIIT/abs workouts are my absolute fav and I loved all the burpees :)

    Loved this cardio/abs workout! Feel like I'm coming down with a cold so 30 minutes was enough for me today. I like the idea of a studio look too! Can't wait to see what you decide to do. 😁👍

    Thank you, that was fun! The cardio/ab/no weights aren’t usually my go-to workouts, but this format was nice since the abs broke up the cardio sequence. Fun!
    And as for your upgrade, you do what feels right for you!!!! But Personally, I prefer living rooms! The woman I followed before you did hers in her LR and now you are in yours. I get all kinds of “recommendations” for other channels that look more “polished” and studio like and I’m usually turned off, I never get into them, b/c they don’t feel as relatable. I see you like me- in your LR like I’m in mine! it feels more personable and connected...So, that’s my two cents.

    I love mixing abs and cardio its just perfect lol but those scorpion getups had me laughing again😂 so glad my hubby wasn’t watching 🤣

    Day 10 workout of my 30 day, 30 minutes or more goal. Couldn't catch on to the scorpion exercise. Can you suggest a modification? I just did crab crawls

      Yes that works, or do a plank shoulder tap, or bear position shoulder tap!

    Great workout! Question, if one arm is weaker or sore do you use the same weight as your stronger arm? I try to lift the same but struggle with my left arm or shoulder...not sure if it’s injured or weaker....any advice?

      That is a good question. If it is weaker I would just lift as heavy as the weakest arm could lift. If it's injured and will recover, I would lift heavier with the stronger arm or the uninjured arm. Knowing that the injured arm will heal. But if it's just week then lift the same so that you can stay even in your growth.

    Im so sorry im goin to miss this days of workouts i hade operation on my lag i had the varicose veins removal and im not alowd to lift havy an jump i like something no jump no wheits pleaseee

      Tracy Steen I suppose i can however at the same time I feel the low mods won’t burn as much calories. So am trying to be mindful with the jumps and squats
