I've had a crazy busy day but this voice in my head kept saying move today. So it's 5:00 and workout complete. Thats a rough one for the end of the day. Yeah for me though I did it!!!!
Yes so hard but oh so good! I would love to try this workout in reverse and really push the last round of 30 sec each exercise. I think that too would be a great burn in a different way. 😳😃 🔥
For 30 minutes, you really got your sweat on . Definitely adding it to fvae 30 minutes cardios! When I was doing the windmill armroll, i felt like I was practicing for the WWE! Thank you
I thought I will not like this because this is a repeat workout but boy I was wrong! This format is sooo good that I can feel my heart rate up n my quads are burning esp bear plank low squat.
I thought 35 min wasn’t hard but it is! Esp the minute round. My legs were like jelly at 2nd last exercise but managed to survive. Nice to start the week !
In the name of the Wee Man 🤮 That.Was.Amazing!!! I loved the burpee to low squat and fast feet are always a winning finisher... but those split jumps inbetween 🧐 They nearly made me ill 🤢 Brutal and beautiful 👏 thank you as always Tracy 🙏🏻💕

🥵 so so so so hard. The last third of the circuit was undescribably difficult! The near to squat- the burn Geez Louise. My legs are officially toast! Also, I do not have a fitness buddy so I use YT as my community. I have friends that dabble but no one that's made it a lifestyle. It's a bummer for sure
