Yes, but I assume it's for a quick rise. More yeast = quick rise vs. Less yeast = slow rise.

For how many hours it is safe, I mean can be eaten ? Like if I cook it in the morning, can I eat in the Lunch or dinner ?
And can it be eaten daily, means no side effects of yeast if eaten daily on regular basis ?

    Add 150ml milk (warm).
    Add 150ml water (warm).
    Add 1tbsp sugar.
    Add 1tbsp dry active yeast.
Cover and let rest for 10mins.
    Stir.
    Add 3 cups sifted flour.
    Add 3/4 tsp salt.
Combine to form a loose dough.
Add 3 tbsp of cooking oil.
Knead by hand to form a dough ball.
Rub some cooking oil onto dough ball and cover.
Let rest 1 hr for dough to rise.
Remove dough from mixing bowl and knead to form a smooth dough ball.
Cut into 6 pcs and form smaller dough balls.
Roll onto floured surface into round shape.
Cook until it fluffs up and becomes light golden brown.
After you make it, send it to me so I can eat it. 😛😜🤪😝

Something was totally off with the measurements. I made it yesterday with the exact same measurements but the dough was too watery. It wasn't even a dough. I think its 4 cups of Ap flour nt 3. Had to add in atleast 1 cup of flour extra to atleast get a sticky dough instead of a runny mixture. Its eithr 4 cups or 500 grms of maida. Nt sure if the measurements mentioned above are ryt
