I just made this bread. I made a spicy garlic butter to brush on the bread once completed. Thank you for an amazing recipe. The bread was so tasty that I ate the first three flat breads as soon as they were finished, only leaving three for later. This recipe is easy to make, and each bite is delicious. I cannot wait to try it with a variety of dishes. Thank you again. Keep up the great work!

When I was stationed in Turkey I got hooked on their food. Dipping the bread in butter was the bomb. So many other dishes. Back home and the two so called Turkish restaurants here aren’t very good. I sometimes travel to Hamburg for product training and always stay at a certain hotel because it is near shopping and restaurants and street food vendors. But especially a Turkish restaurant that is great. I always gain weight there.

The video said 500 G of flour not ML. I would recommend scaling it since converting a weight measurement (grams) to a volume measurement (cups) is a little tricky and can ruin your recipe if not done correctly.

Really delicious soft, tender Turkish bread. This was our first time making your bread, and it was just outstanding. I can’t wait for leftovers tomorrow night. Thank you for the delicious recipe. We loved the butter, chili flakes, and dried parsley on top.💕

Merhaba, I think _'ekmek'_ is too common for this bread and it is a very vast noun, ( eng: bread ). We usually call this as _'bazlama'_ in specific
