Hello Everyone, Hope you are all well . I have made another amazing & super easy Bread - Lebanese Bread. Please watch it here ruclips.net/video/KfzlagZaJJY/видео.html
I just made this bread. I made a spicy garlic butter to brush on the bread once completed. Thank you for an amazing recipe. The bread was so tasty that I ate the first three flat breads as soon as they were finished, only leaving three for later. This recipe is easy to make, and each bite is delicious. I cannot wait to try it with a variety of dishes. Thank you again. Keep up the great work!
This is EXACTLY how I want to my my recipe! Many times I can ust look at something and "think" about how it tastes and I just KNOW this will send me into an absolute rapture of hot, buttery, garlicy GOODNESS!!! (just BEFORE my diet, that is!!)
@@valerienardini3173 Of course I can! The imperial measurements are as follows: 2 Cups Flour 2 Tablespoons yeast 3/4 Cups warm water 3/4 Cups room temperature milk 3 Tablespoons olive oil I hope this helps! Peace
hi! good job. i’m turkish. we call this bread as ‘bazlama’ and we don’t prefer to season it with dried parsley. it can be thyme, oregano and olive oil. of course butter too.
When I was stationed in Turkey I got hooked on their food. Dipping the bread in butter was the bomb. So many other dishes. Back home and the two so called Turkish restaurants here aren’t very good. I sometimes travel to Hamburg for product training and always stay at a certain hotel because it is near shopping and restaurants and street food vendors. But especially a Turkish restaurant that is great. I always gain weight there.
after several years of watching dirilis ertugrul and seeing hayme passing this around, i'm more than ready to try it! and i'm very happy to have the recipe!
This bread looks amazingly good! While watching Resurrection Ertugrul, my mouth watered every time they sat down to eat. The bread looked so delicious; gonna try making this recipe; it's very similar (without the yeast) to Mexican flour tortillas
Love your presentation as it gives me what I came for without expecting me to listen to gibberish and wasting my time. I’m old... I have more to do than watch RUclips LOL I love bread baking, so need to try this. Thanks from Ontario, Canada.
Oh thank you thank you for this. I was just talking to someone how I cannot find this turkish bread I used to have 40 years ago. Before they start using pita bread. I absolutely love it. I'm going to have a crack at it
I have made this before. It is outstanding, I am making it again for the third time today. This recipe never fails to please. Thank you so much for the beautiful video.
The video said 500 G of flour not ML. I would recommend scaling it since converting a weight measurement (grams) to a volume measurement (cups) is a little tricky and can ruin your recipe if not done correctly.
I just made this recipe, it came out really great!! So soft and warm, it was a huge hit with the family (i doubled the recipe). Thank you for a great recipe.. i watched this video last night and was drooling, had to give it a try!
Thank you for your fine presentation and complete recipe. It looks delicious. During my service with the United States Air Force, I did a 15-month "tour-of-duty" in Samsun, Turkey but, ironically, I never came across this Turkish flatbread. I will definitely try this. It should bring back fond memories of my time in Turkey.
@@abril9509 Thank you for your kind comment. In which branch of the service did your father serve, where in Turkey, and what was his job? I was in Turkey from June1967 to September1968. I only ask because, maybe, our paths crossed.
@@Jerry-rf8bn oh 1960s? I don’t think tou met my dad haha, he served in turkey during the 90s, and he was in the army, I don’t know what job he had. Also, I think it’s really cool you were in the air force, I actually want to join once I finish high school!
I've bookmarked this video, must give the recipe a try, the bread looked delicious. Also, I love recipes like this, where I can start to experiment with different toppings once I've tried out the original recipe. I'm already thinking about garlic and rosemary as a possibility.
I lived in Incirlik Air Force Base in Turkey when I was 7 years old. That was 35 years ago and I still remember how out of this world the bread was in the surrounding villages off base. They used to carry it on large round plates on their head, all kinds of bread. I've never experienced anything like it to this day and would love to go back and try it again someday.
Watched this the other day...made a batch this morning and it is awesome! I used 2 pieces as a bun for a monster cheeseburger. Wow! I'm thinking mini pizza crusts next time.
Amazing recipe! Worked like a charm! I adjusted the recipe by changing the flour proportion by instead adding 400g of all purpose flour and 100g of my sour dough started. Everything else was left the same. Thank you madam youtuber.
Every time I watch the Kayis eating a meal on Dirilis Ertugrul or Kurulus Osman, I watch them break bread to start the meal, and I want to try it. Thanks for the recipe! I'm headed for the kitchen now. :)

2 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons yeast
3/4 Cups warm water
3/4 Cups room temperature milk
3 Tablespoons olive oil

I put a garlic onion herb 2 table spoons of the powder mix and mix it in the dough at the very beginning turned out so good
hi! good job. i’m turkish. we call this bread as ‘bazlama’ and we don’t prefer to season it with dried parsley. it can be thyme, oregano and olive oil. of course butter too.

She put thyme on top of it and called it parsley, that's not how parsley looks at all and would add zero flavor to the bread.
@@40isfab87 oh, thanks. i couldn’t catch it.
@@40isfab87 it looks more like dried rosemary.
I am fairly certain that was thyme
Yes, this is very good. My family proclaimed it the best bread they had ever had.

@@skoomskaa printed a correction to grams instead of ml
chicago panther. i believe you wanted to say 500ML=2 CUPS
500 / 150 = 3 1/3
3 1/3 * 2/3 = 2.222
Nothing in your comment makes any sense. If 150ML = 2/3 of a cup, then 500 ml = 2.22 cups, not 4 cups...
