Love your voice and your narration. Once you corrected the flour weight (perhaps you were thinking of the weight of two cups of water which would be close to 475 gems) we were on the way to success with the hydration level. Looking great👌👌
    Awesome thumbnail 👏👏
Must say ....Fabulous.... You nailed it 👍👍
    My review.....
    When I made it na....
I was using warm milk instead of water for yeast preparation...
And old curd for that tangy taste....
Rest all the process same to same....
Olive Oil or any kinda oil is must ....because that Maida will stick to our fingers like fevicol...
After dough resting .. Making equal portions....I used different cooking pans
If you use non stick pan ...its gonna be same as your recipe kinda fluffy bread...
    But
If you use cast Iron pan.... It will become tandoori roti
    my personal opinion...
use of Parsley is not recommended because it changes all the taste ....instead you can use coriander leaf or Sesame seeds....
Ha if you're habituated to parsley then no issues......
That butter slab was looking like some big banana 😅😆😂
Best part is that white embroidery cloth that you used to cover the bread 👌👌
    Thanks for sharing the recipe....
    All the best🙋🙋

    • @NupursIndianKitchen
      @NupursIndianKitchen  2 года назад

Thank you 😊 Yes warm milk with yogurt is a good idea too! Parsley flavor blends well with Mediterranean dishes. If eating with Indian curry then coriander would be better. The observation about pans is an interesting one. Thanks for sharing! Sesame seeds is also a great idea! Haha! I am glad that the cloth made you happy lol!
Overall it’s a delicious bread, very worth trying! Thanks for asking me to post this 👍

You can use lactose free milk with a tablespoon of vinegar. Wait 5 min till it curdles, then proceed. You may have to reduce the quantity of water a little because milk is more runny than yogurt. Hope this helps

I would like this better without the music. It's hard to hear you,

like your recipe, but the music is nasty, the bass is so overbearing you are hard to hear.

turn the music down, can barely hear the instructions. better yet, get rid of it altogether, it's annoying af and completely unnecessary

I wish I could. There is no way I can edit only the music and not the voice 🤷‍♀️

    Tip number 0.
At the very beginning when the yeast is rising in water with the sugar don't add salt. Yeast doesn't like salt [google]. Add it when you see that the sugar has started the yeast. And then add the flour.
