- Hey Guys! This is Lowest Budget Diet Plan for College Students with 160g protein ( No Supplements ). In the past I have got a lot of requests on making a full day of eating video without using any whey protein powder, so here it is!
In this video we will be hitting 160gms of protein without any whey protein or any other supplements. In this I specifically designed the meals in a way, so that people can conveniently follow their diet plan with their School/College/Job without any problem.

Hi brother, love the video, just a little correction, you said the first shake ie without Whey protein but the Pintola peanut butter you added has Whey protein in it when I check the ingredients from the link.
dude, by supplements he meant protein powder, mass gainer, etc. Whey protein is in our daily foods too but in very low quantites. It doesn't matter that the peanut butter has whey protein or normal protein as long as its doing the job

Aadarsh brother, i have a problem regarding the banana shake, if i consume it daily it causes cough in my chest, but as per my current physique for me it's required to drink 2 shakes a day as i am a hard gainer, so how can i consume this much ammount of shake and not get the cough at the same time?
You can take it in hot milk
Or you can have bananas first
Then drink shake in warm milk.
Add a pinch of haldi also.
Better go to a gastroenterologist and take professional help.

Raised creat is an indirect indicator of kidney failure so raised creat in a person is something to look into..
But if you have more muscles then your creat production is high and it's not because of renal failure so it's fine

@@anonymous.281 This is what I did and lost 20kgs but I wouldn't suggest you to do it. Atleast have 1600 calories. Also keep a cheat meal every week. Important is to keep macronutrients and micronutrients on check because otherwise your body will go into starvation.

For a male 50gm to 60gm of soya is not recommended, i read somewhere that the ideal amount of soya chunks for a male is somewhere around 25gms as it reduces testosterone in men. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

The estrogen in soya chunks are plant based estrogen, so your body doesn't consider it as an estrogen source. You can safely eat up to 100gms in a day.
