    On myfitnesspal it is showing 22g protein in 100g of roasted chane
    On healthifyme it is showing 14.4g protein in 100g of roasted chane
    On Google it is showing 18.64g protein in 100g of roasted chana
    Which one should I trust please help me brother 🥺

    Bro it's basically a sattu shake..Sattu do not have a complete amino acid profile..I would suggest to combine it with lassi or milk instead of water to complete it's amino acid profile and that way it will be absorbed better by the body..
