- This 15 minute barre workout is a total sneak attack! Grab a set of light weights and clear some space for this low impact barre arms and thighs focused class that will get your heart rate up and give you a sweat.
This class begins with a quick warm up, then moves into a series of compound exercises focusing on the quads, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and biceps. We begin with a series in a wide turned out position, then move into single leg lunge work. After reversing the series, class finishes down on the mat with a kneeling series and a feel good stretch.
