    Great class Mary! Do you have any tips to know whether you are correctly engaging the pelvic floor? Is it like kegel exercises? Thank you!

      Yes! I like to think about drawing my sit bones together as I exhale. It's like an elevator hugging in and up towards your belly button. And then you reverse that on your inhale, relaxing and sending the elevator down. It definitely takes some focus and practice (at least it does for me!)
