Finally got a call 5 months later. I picked up because # was a business.. heard her hi..how r u??? I hung up..just done. She's a narcissist and didn't want to hear bs anymore. I do wonder though if she'll try again or that injury of hanging up offended her enough. Just sick of being a backup treated like pos. Why now? Cause a friend saw me last week with someone new.

Thank you for this video. I’m on the opposite end side of this. I’m was the rebound. The ex reached out to them after being with me for three months and they went running back. The ex only reached out because they saw them happy.
I haven’t heard from my ex since I stopped helping her do favors regarding her home renovation . I was running with her getting supplies and materials, carry things into the house, returning items etc. finally I said no more let your bf do it. She will only like posts regarding our dog.

My AP ex (and I am AP also) broke up with me in Dec. He kept contacting me throughout January and asking me if I was dating anyone. Eventually, he told me that he cheated on me while we were together, and he is still sleeping with the woman now. I am so heartbroken. I can't understand why he would tell me that when we aren't together anymore. It just feels like he is trying to hurt me on purpose. He has even ( according to my friends) posted the new girl and his relationship on social media.
He has still been calling and texting me, and I ignore him. I know he wants communication with me to alleviate the guilt that he has. I'm watching your videos to try to move on; I am beyond hurt.
My heart feels that pain. That relationship was meant to teach you something about yourself. I know it seems weird, but really think back at yourself during the relationship and how you felt. I had abandonment issues and would get needy and anxious. Meditate, re-invent yourself, join a class, learn a new language, take a trip, post it! And listen to lots of Martha Wash! Lol Carry On is an awesome song by her and it helped me get through a break up.

Don't trust this behavior. My ex tried this, and I completely ghosted her. If they can do it to them you're not the exception to the rule.

I’m really confuse my ex and I went in our separate ways I got married as a rebound but I separated and came out with a child and now my ex wants us to date while he’s in a relationship I told him I cannot be in a relationship with him until he makes his path straight but I don’t want to be in it with that confusion. Hey, Coach. What advice would you offer where a DA, who is still with their rebound, reaches out but they have not revealed that they’re in a new relationship? We were together for 6 years and it has been 4 months since our breakup.
Unbeknownst to my ex, I am aware that she monkey branched to this rebound. She still keeps in contact regularly and we have been connecting on an emotional level.
I’m still open to getting back together but I have no expectations at this point and have been focusing on improving myself and healing my anxious attachment style. ‘Preciate your time in reading this
In essence, shes having her cake and eating it to. When she’s able to build a stronger bond with him, you’ll probably stop hearing from her

Long story short, my ex started a new relationship with her rebound but she never admitted this to me or made it public perhaps out of guilt or shame because she cheated on me with this guy while we were still together at the time and then eventually monkey branched to him. Since then, i’m now living the bachelor life and enjoying being single, making money, going to the gym, traveling, dating different girls and being content with my life. Despite what happened between us, i have no hard feelings towards her and wish her all the best.
My best advice is to move on. It might not be what you want to hear but you have to accept the fact that they have been disloyal and chose someone else over you instead of trying to work things out. It takes two people to make a relationship and you can’t maintain it on your own especially when the other person no longer wants to stay in it. Never try to keep someone who doesn’t want to keep you.
I would never contact her again. If you do hear from her, assume she wants to see you and set up a date and let ‘her’ come to ‘you’ so you guys can make dinner together in the evening at your place and hook up. No texting, sending memes back and forth or chit chatting over the phone. She ended things and ruined the relationship so it’s up to her to fix it and try and get another chance with you, not the other way around.
Keep it fun and positive, not dramatic and depressing. Don’t talk about the past. Act as if you’re starting over again from the very beginning. However, make no mistake. She is disqualified from ever being your girlfriend or anything serious. Just keep her around as a friends with benefits and continue meeting and dating until you do find someone worthy and wifey material.
Don’t be afraid to start again with someone new. There’s no shortage of women out there and time is on our side. For us guys, we only get better with age as we gain more knowledge, experience and wisdom. The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the quality of your peer group and who you consistently spend time with so choose wisely.

What about if she reaches out drunk while in a rebound?
My ex called me a few weeks back drunk talking about hating her life. Said she wanted me to move on because she's "nothing special and has too much going on." Five minutes later says if we're meant to be we're meant to be and "wait for her because she's not going anywhere." That was three weeks ago and haven't heard from her since. Breadcrumbs? Trying to keep me a back up?

Heyy ive got a question. I brought my ex's stuff back yesterday and it was going better then i thought. We have had a really fun and good talk together, but ive got some questions. I am still in contact with her mom and her mom just texted me after i left. She texted me saying " She was really happy and relieved to see you again ''. She even did her hair and makeup right before you arrived, and she just asked me if you would like to talk to her in person.
