For us she knew she messed up and she was willing to earn my trust back, and it 100% feels so much more stronger than before, if you feel you it’s worth it then reconcile with them.

I will admit I'm still not sure what I feel yet or if I am ready to accept the 'mistake' for what it was, but perhaps that speaks more of me than it does of her, and that is something to keep in mind moving forward.

Keep in mind, some people take longer than 2 years to get over someone depending on how long you and that person were together. True Love doesn’t fade in 2 years

Right it’s been 2 years now and still not fully over him . I was with for 23 years off and on and I’m still struggling he was in in a rebound relationship but that didn’t work out less than a year or a year they broke up. I don’t talk to him nor check his social media.

My ex’s rebound purposely got pregnant 4 month after getting together when he was about to end the relationship and to come back to me so now he’s stuck in he’s rebound relationship with her and he doesn’t love her. So now he’s all depressed and living with massive regrets. Tell him he needs to get your name tattoo on his body!! Don't accept less than that! Take care and you'll be ok.
I’m going through it also. It hurts to your core and then the loneliness sets in. Because of my anxious attachment style I’ve been obsessing over why he’s so cold even though we’re still cordial. Found out his attachment style is dismissive avoidant 🤦🏽♀️ we’re attracted to each other but we’re so toxic. Search his videos on attachment styles. It has helped be calm down a bit and not personalize his behavior.

After a year in our relationship he said he thought he needed space. 2 months after our break he was with someone else. 3 months in their relationship , he started telling me that he miss me in every aspect. And his feeling for me is the same. But I reminded him he is in a relationship ,in which I just found out of in 2 days. Thanks to the young lady, she's very insecure. I congratulated her and ask her not to inbox me ever again. He proceed to say if he had to choose he will be with me, none of this is irrelevant at this moment because we are broken up and he's with someone which is his rebound and it's crazy. 2 months after we break up, three months into his relationship none of this makes any sense. But I was heartbroken I still love him, I love him deeply but I refuse to be the other woman nor would I play those games when you're in a relationship.

You are so right, I was dating a single mother for 6 year and she was on a rebound divorce when we got together. I live in the United State and she is living in Asia due to Covid 19, I couldn't fly back for 2 year. I found out that she cheating on me with another guy on Valentine Day, the way that I found out that she was cheating, is when She thought i had send 2 dozen pink rose ( I actually had send her one dozen blue roses instead). She thank me for the roses and snap a picture and show it to me, but instead of blue it was pink. I confronted her on who had send the 2 dozen pink, she got really mad on why I had ask her that question as I demanded for an answer. She got more furious at me and ghosted me out of her Facebook and Whatapp, and never answer my question on who had send the pink roses.

Thank you for this. One way I found works for me is I tune out when he wants to share little lovey dovey BS tidbits about his BS rebound. He shares these not because he wants to but because his EGO is provoking him to do it. Me not caring and not wanting to hear them is a major smack in the face to his ego.

When the rebound is with a relationship therapist. They are together for 9 months despite being very discreet. Our relationship was 8 years. She, as a professional, guides him through all phases of the end of a relationship :( I feel that I have no chance against a person with these skills despite our relationship having been very strong.

Brother, that is parallel to my situation. Only difference mine was New Year’s Eve. I did an immediate no contact as soon as she walked out my door. The only contact after was to let her know I put her stuff outside to pick up. Through 2 months of no contact, even though she’s with her perfect bad boy, I hear she asks about me to friends and my neighbor but gets no updates about me. (Besides that I’ve gotten buff and some travel) I do know for a fact she holds anger and resentment towards me even months after and just blocked me out of the blue. I understand it’s a done deal, she is moving on and I have to stick to my integrity and self respect. These monkey branchers are the ones that owe any apology or reaching out, but we can’t expect that from a person who stoops low, disrespects, and seeks only desire to validate their own insecurity. I experienced almost the same thing (within a month) from the perspective of being a baby daddy of a 1yo. It's painful that she sends me videos now of my daughter and occasionally you can hear this new guy in the background. Hello guys, i need some advice. My ex and I broke up a few months ago and we were together for 2.5 years. And she recently got into a new relationship about a month after we broke up. And after we caught up she told me how she felt that she may have rushed things with him and that he isn't the most attractive. I am guy who works out constantly and is working to become a doctor, while this new guy is a bit of a bum and isn't the most attractive. So I am convinced that this is a rebound that she is in, and my ex has also told me how she kept a lot of the gifts I gave her and even kept some intimate pictures of us. She even said that her friends thought that this was a rebound but her and this guy are trying to prove them wrong. So that makes me feel that it is not a real relationship and more of a stubborn choice she made.
And then we ended up hanging out and grabbing lunch and it all felt great, just like the old times. And she gave me weird mixed signals like, "getting very close to me", saying "I actually forgot we broke up" and we ended up having sex. So I am super confused as to what she wants, because it seems her and this guy are moving super fast. Like they have been together for like a month-ish, he already mentioned about moving in together. So my friends told me to just stop talking to her, but I am very as to what she wants. I feel that it is very weird for her to say all these things to me, and try to hold my hand and run her hand thru my hair WHEN she was the one that broke up with me. I know she doesn't have the best relationship with her dad but I don't know if this is a common thing some girls do.

This was very short and while I appreciate it. Real life can be a bit more complicated, like when he knocks her up during your divorce and the baby is born before y'all are even divorced yet. Then you have to hear about it from your kids that they have a half sister soooooo I dream of never having to deal with it, but I hear about it all of the time from our kids. So, any advice for a more complicated situation where you are going to still have to "deal with that company" in your analogy and it affects your children? and he didn't wait but 3 mo and got her knocked up while you had a restraining order on him from beating the kids and you??? so he just made more? My concern is actually more for the safety of the innocent baby born to the OW in an abusive marriage.

@@maryambashir4193 I would never want my ex back. I am kind of thrown off by so many videos about getting the ex back if they would leave so easily. In my situation I tried to press charges for drugging me and beating me. It was so bad I needed a cane to walk and I have spent 9 months in physical therapy to be able to walk without a cane and use my right arm again. I wish to never see him again and he abused our kids and I threw myself over them to protect them. I worry about his new child because he is so sadistic. I would never ever ever take him back. Not for all the money in the world. Not for anything, ever. I feel horrible for his rebound and the lies he is telling her and the innocent child that is now in this mess and our kids. I had a restraining order!!! and still have a no contact order in place.
I'm watching a marathon of those and then the next day an FA is texting me...even though it was a short-term situationship between us. It took only couple of weeks for the rebound to blow up. Unbelievable. But what's more unbelievable is him asking how to heal his attachment style and wanting my help. O_o

My ex started messing around with his coworker and monkey branched into a "situationship" with her. Hes only known her for a few months. When i broke up with him (bc of the cheating and him pushing me away. Lavishing attention and affection on her while ghosting me and treating me like an annoying gnat he wanted to get rid of), he suggested a couple weeks NC and then maybe grab a coffee or something. @@IamCoachCourt the relationship I had with my ex was a healthy one. We got along well and there was no toxicity, with the exception of a few arguments here and there, but that's par for the course. I can't speak to the relationship he's in now(the woman he left me for...assuming as it was only 2 weeks later) but they are still together almost a year later, so my assumption would be yes it is
@@IamCoachCourt where do I even begin with this? My situation is so different. No way to explain it except to get personal. We had a great relationship except for one thing. I’m not big on intimacy. He went without for 4 years and I guess eventually found someone who was “willing”. That’s a long time for someone to go without, especially a young man. During our 7th year together his mother died and thats when things changed Is his new relationship healthy? Doubt it as he still drives 4 hours often to come help me out. I had built a house when we were together. He has no stake in it nor do we have children together. He sends me a significant amount of money every month as he realizes its a lot for me to look after. He comes here and helps with the upkeep and maintenance and she knows about it. Lately he’s been doing the 4 hour commute even more. He stays the entire weekend and then leaves at the crack of dawn to make the 4 hour commute to his job site. He texts me everyday to see how I am. It is, out of the many relationships I‘ve had, the most bizarre breakup I’ve ever had. Despite what he did, and for everything he still continues to do for me, he is still a good person. I should also mention there is a huge age difference with me being older. And no, we are not physical when he’s here except for the hello and goodbye hugs. Do I think their relationship is healthy? Hell no. If it was me in her shoes, there would be no way in hell that my partner would be going to see his ex. That tells me that she’s not there permanently. She’s just killing time till the right one comes along.
