Thank you for this recipe. I just now finished making the brine. I used ACV instead of white vinegar. I have to say it smells really good in my house. Almost smells like doritos. lol

Another interesting video, so thanks for that. I subscribed when I found your Cajun pickled eggs with Crystal hot sauce--our house brand--and I adapted it for quail eggs. Delish. Then I discovered I have the same mandolin you do---and now you've got me wanting that Dash Deluxe. A question, please: Have you tried the egg-poaching cups? If so, what'd you think? Thanks and keep up the good work.

Great video. Taco seasoning recipe was a nice bonus, but description box is missing whether it’s Tbsp or Tsp. How long will these keep in the fridge?

Literally making pickled Eggs this weekend. Now I might have to get some more ingredients to try these. Just when I thought I had everything I needed. THANKS! :P
Also, you should look into getting a canning funnel. It will eliminate any spillage then you won't have to mess up another pot when you are pouring the brine into the jar. Not only that but it will help you work out headspace on your brine too.

What are the measurements for just 12 eggs? All that seasoning would be a waste for me to make

I made these this weekend. I failed at canning them (new jars didn't seem to want to vacuum seal), but I'm sure they won't mind hanging out in the fridge for a few weeks. I'll let you know how they turn out.

GolfBallButt you may want to investigate canning eggs. I’m not the authority here, but my research has shown that it is not a good idea. I know you can find them in grocery stores, but for the home canner it isn’t recommended. That’s why he said to refrigerate them. One thing that happens if you can them, is they get very rubbery because you are cooking the eggs twice, so they won’t be as good. Even hot brine can overcook some eggs. Just my thoughts, here.

@@LesaBear612 Yeah I have since learned about this. So 100% don't can eggs at home.
