I started dng exercise right from 5th day of my c section. But enga doctor that enaku exercise soli kuduthanga so no problem. But Romba strain pannadinga
You can do simple exercises.Start with breathing exercise then you can do very simple exercises.For me they taught me very simple but effective exercises in hospital itself just after 3 days of caesarian.You consult your gynaecologist before starting.
