Cut expense... Plan your diet by getting self education depends on your body type.Expensive shoes are way comfortable but proper fit local brands will work as a wonder . Discipline is much needed..Dont start with brisk walking ..spend 1- 1.5 hrs of walking and make sure you are not using same maps(roads).. This will reduce good number of kg in a month.. No need for quick result with brisk walking .Go slow and shall maintain the weight loss and control for long time..core strength is important too..

@@akkathambi8036 taking 1hr.45 minutes is too much my concern. I mean walking dead slow. Per minute 100 steps or above. Young and middle age people can walk 7500 steps in 45 minutes. those who having knee pain and seniors walk lesser count. As per WHO 100 steps per minute ok. 110 is very good. I'm taking 1hr 30 minutes to reach 10k steps round the clock. I'm 65.

@@akkathambi8036 Me too started weight loss journey 2021 Feb. Then I was 67kg. My ht. 153cm. To reduce 11 kg it took nearly 2 years. My target 52kg. It remains 56kg constantly for around 6 months. I'm not following any diet. Average lifestyle average food. Walking 10k steps, doing yoga and exercises for 90 minutes daily. In addition to that pranayama for 20 minutes morning & evening, meditation for 1/2 an hour morning only. That's all. No rich food or rich drinks.
