    Morning warm water with lemon honey eveing honey with green tea every food i checked callorie formula and eat ...world lowest callorie food cucumber and cappage so i eat always anymeal with cappage when i feel hungry that time i eat cucumber that is my snacks... per weak i eat 7 kg cucumber finaly after 50 days i got 10 kg weight loss ...very important point metapolisam circulation so kindly avoid sugar... pls use honey

    I don't like to sleep daytime bcos birthday don't get sleep at night. Sometimes my body ask rest that time I do shirt nap 30 minutes to 5
