    Hi sis. Your videos are very useful. Going to follow your diet from today. Will update everyday's weight, diet, workout(if any) . So, it will be useful for others too.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 1- 60.10 kg,
    bf-5 soaked badam and walnut, dry fig 1,brazil nut 1.Morning snack - one orange, one guava. Lunch - rice and thakkali kadaiyal. Evening snack - karanamani sundal boiled. Dinner - 1 dosa, poondu chutney, home made veg sandwich 1 and half piece.
    Half an hour walking .
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 2 - sunday CHEAT DAY.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 3 - 59.75 kg, vendhaya tea. Bf- one red banana. Morning snack - 5 soaked badam, walnut, 1 fig, 1 Brazil nut, lunch - 2 dosa, keerai kadaiyal, 1 egg omlette, evening snack - boiled black sundal, dinner - 2 dosa with mutton kulambu without mutton small amount. Drank 2 litres of water.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 4 - 59.50 kg.vendaya tea. Bf - one red banana, one egg dosa with coconut chutney, thakkali kulambu.
    Morning snack - 5 soaked badam, walnut, 1 fig, 1 Brazil nut. One orange.
    Lunch - rice, thakkali kulambu, avaraikaai poriyal.
    Evening snack - one big orange.
    Dinner - 2 dosa, thakkali kuruma.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 5 - 59.50 kg.vendhaya tea. Bf- red banana, 5 soaked badam, walnut, 1 fig, Brazil nut. Lunch - rice, parupu, rasam, kovaikaai poriyal. Dinner - became a cheat dinner, ate mushroon briyani, chola poori, dosa.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 6 - 59.25 kg. Vendhaya tea.bf - rice, muttai kulambu. Morning snack- 5 soaked badam, walnut, fig, Brazil nut, one red banana. Lunch - 2 dosa with muttai kulambu. Dinner - 4 idli, mullangi chutney.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 7 - 59.25 kg. Vendaya tea, bf -1 aapam, thengaai paal with sugar. Morning snack - 5 soaked badam, walnut,1 fig. Lunch - rice, keerai kadaiyal, vendakaai poriyal. Evening snack - butter popcorn. Dinner - 4 aapam with thengaai paal.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 8 - 59.25 kg. Bf - 1 aapam, kadalakari. Lunch - rice, kadalaikari, carrot poriyal. Evening snack - 1 sapotta fruit. Dinner - 🍿popcorn, 2 aapam, kadalaikari.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 9 - 59.10 kg. Sunday- cheat day
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 10 - 59.15.monday, vendaya tea. Bf - palaiya sadham water, 4 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 2 fig, 1 Brazil nut. Ms - one guava, one orange. Lunch - 2 dosa, keerai kadaiyal, peerkangai poriyal. Evening snack - lemon juice with salt, karamani sundal boiled. Dinner - 1 fried fish, 1 red banana.15 mins yoga.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 11 - 59.15 kg. Vendhaya tea. Bf - palaiya sadham water, 5 soaked badam, walnut, 2 fig, 1 Brazil nut. Morning snack - 1 red banana. Lunch- 2 dosa, vendaikaai sambar, carrot beans poriyal. Evening snack - karamani sundal, lemon juice with salt, 1 orange. Dinner - 5 idli, mullangi chutney, vendakaai sambar, 30 mins yoga, 30 mins excercise. 3 litres of water intake.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 12 - 59.10 kg. Vendaya tea. Bf - palaiya sadham water. 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 2 fig, 1 dates, 1 Brazil nut. Morning snack - one and half red banana. Lunch - rice, keerai kootu, kovaikaai poriyal, 1 egg. Evening snack - 1 pomegranate, 1 guava, lemon with salt. Dinner - boiled karamani sundal, 2 fried fish.
    Drank 3 litres of water, 30 min yoga.
    𝘿𝙖𝙮 13 - 58.85 kg, vendhaya tea, bf - palaiya sadham water, 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 2 fig, 1 dates, 1 Brazil nut.

      Day 14 - Friday.58.85 kg. Vendaya tea. Bf - one red banana, 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 fig, 1 Brazil nut, 1 dates. Lunch - 2 dosa, keerai kadaiyal, vendaikaai poriyal. Evening snack - orange, pomegranate, half lemon juice salted, half guava, karamani sundal boiled, drank 3 litres of water.
      Day 15 - saturday, 58.30 kg. Vendaya tea.bf - tomato briyani, veg kurma, 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 fig, 1dates, 1 Brazil nut. Lunch - tomato briyani, veg kurma. Evening snack - karamani sundal, 1 orange, 1 pomegranate. Dinner - one red banana. 30 mins yoga.
      Day 16 - Sunday. CHEAT DAY.
      Day 17 - monday. 58.75 kg. Vendaya tea. Bf - palaiya sadham water, 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 fig, 1 dates, 1 Brazil nut. Morning snack - 1 guava.lunch - 3 dosa, thakkali kadaiyal, keerai poriyal. Evening snack - 1 pomegranate, half lemon juice, karamani sundal boiled. Dinner - 3 dosa, kara chutney, half fried fish.
      Day 18 - Tuesday - 57.80 kg. Bf - palaiya sadham water,5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 fig, 1dates, 1 Brazil nut. Lunch - 2 dosa, pacha payaru kulambu, kovaikaai poriyal, 1 egg. Evening snack - guava 1,karamani sundal boiled. Dinner - 4 idli, mutton kulambu, 3 litres of water, 10 mins yoga.
      Day 19 - Wednesday, 58.35 kg, bf - palaiyasadham water, 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 fig, 1 dates, 1 Brazil nut.lunch - 2 dosa, sundal kulambu, beans poriyal, 1 egg. Evening snack - 1 orange, pomegranate, guava. Dinner - 4 chapathi, mutton kulambu. 3 litres of water. 15 mins yoga.
      Day 20 - 57.65 kg. Bf - palaiya sadham water, 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 fig, 1 dates, 1 Brazil nut.lunch - keerai kadaiyal, valaikaai fry. Evening snack - 1 pomegranate, guava, orange. Dinner - 4 idli, poondu chutney.
      Day 21 - 58.10 kg, Friday, bf - palaiya sadham water, 5 soaked badam, walnut, Brazil nut, fig. Lunch - parupu rasam, 1 egg, keerai poriyal. Evening snack - 1 orange, pomegranate, guava. Dinner - 4 idli, poondu chutney.
      Day 22 - saturday, 58.00 kg. Becomes cheat day with veg food. A2B hotel lunch.
      Day 23 - SUNDAY CHEAT DAY
      Day 24 - monday, 58.10 kg.bf - palaiyasadham water, 5 soaked badam, walnut, fig, Brazil nut, 1 dates. Lunch - 1 egg dosa, rice, thakkali kathirikaai kadaiyal. Evening snack - 1 pomegranate, 1 guava, orange, red banana. Karamani sundal boiled. Dinner - 3 kodhumai dosai, thakali kathirikaai kadaiyal.
      Day 25 - Tuesday. 57.60 kg.fasting day
      Evening - one orange, one pomegranate, 5 soaked badam, walnut, fig, Brazil nut, boiled black sundal, 6 dosa, pudhina chutney.
      Day 26 - Wednesday, 57.15 kg. 5 soaked badam, walnut, fig, Brazil nut, 1 dates. Bf - dosa peerkangai sambar. Lunch - 2 rice, peerkangai sambar, beetroot poriyal.1 orange, pomegranate,red banana.Dinner - 6 idli, mutton kulambu
      Day 27 - Thursday, 57.65kg.bf -palaiya sadham water, 12 soaked badam,1 fig, 1 dates, Brazil nut. Morning snack - one orange, pomegranate. Lunch - 2 dosa, keerai and beans poriyal. Evening snack - karamani sundal. Dinner - 4 chapathi, mutton kulambu.
      Day 28 . Friday. 57.45 kg. Bf - rice, keerai kadaiyal, mullangi kootu. 5 soaked badam, 1 fig, 1 Brazil nut. Morning snack - one orange. Lunch - rice, keerai kadaiyal, mullangi kootu.
      Dec 10 - sat, 57.45 kg.
