      @@divyaas2689 hi that's very simple dear..2 glass thanni kothikka vachitu, then 2 big spoons full of ragiya oru bowl la konjam water mix panni Karachi,kothikura thannila konjam konjama add panni nalla kalakitu salt pottu rendu kothi vanthathum irakidalam. I'm taking this kanji 3 in a week I'm finding difference bcz it's very less in calorie n fiber too..

    Suggest me best & accurate calorie calculator. Bcoz when I compare two other apps for calorie counting, both shows higher variations. So I'm confused to which app to be used.
