    I followed this workout all the way through and burned 500+! That's a new goal. Plus, since this is a 7 day challenge, I shall try to do it for 7 days! Needless to say this is the first workout my legs felt like jelly, and my arms were trying to give out on me when I needed them. Thank you so much, I feel so refreshed!

    Mizi, your channel is really precious. This workout was as wonderfuI as old ones . I have been doing your exercises about 3 weeks and I lost 5kg already. It seems very easy but actually, it's a balanced routine. I always end up sweating so much. Most important, it keeps me going.

      @@thisismaer I did lose overall weight and my belly got flatter as well. I do Mizi workouts every day. Sometimes it is for fat lose and sometimes it's focusing on specific area. For example this one will help you to lose and flatten belly.

    Day 2 - done (slight ache on the sides)
    Day 3 - done
    Day 4 - skipped (walked 8000 steps instead)
    Day 5 - done (now it is easy)
    Day 6 - done
    Day 7- done (will do it one more day since I skipped once)

    Hi Mizi! I’m so grateful to you, as your workout videos motivate me to exercise. I used to go on and off when it came to exercising. My weight is inconsistent (I’m so stressed because of this) & I will go on an extreme diet to lose weight. It’s been three months and a half now; I’ve been consistently exercising almost every day.     Found you by accident and immediately tried your exercise because it looks doable. Managed to follow till the 20th minute. Will try again tomorrow to push through the 30th minute and hopefully soon will be able to complete the whole workout! Finally found my motivation to start exercising again. Thank you Mizi! ❤

    한국 후기가 별로 없는데 진짜 효과 좋아요. 5분 하고 나가 떨어지는 체력 거지였는데. 2주만에 몸무게도 빠지고 끝까지 따라할 수 있게 됐어요!!

    Thank you so much for this lovely workout and all the inspiration! In fact, I have been struggling to stick to a routine, but I can't believe it-I am doing this workout for 6th day in a row. After I complete the challenge of 7 days, I will start another of your challenges. I am really surprised, but I can see a good effect on my abs. I feel more toned, especially in my stomach and waist area as well as in my legs. 💌

    I've been worked out for 2 years bk, overall loose weight yes, but those stubborn fat on my belly keep following me, now i'm trying Mizi's workout n in my second day, really sweat a lot n feel the pain on my abs, will continue until the 7th days n come bk to share the result again...woshhh...

    Yeay!!!❤❤🎉 Even though i couldn't even breath throughout the workout I had the energy to jump happily after the "workout complete " thing came lol😂😂❤

      This is the first time I've continued a plan for this long. I always do two days on and off. It's really great to see someone like me in the July plan. When I finished a video, and I didn't see anyone saying they finished today's challenge, I'd get lazy and encourage myself to keep going. I thought I was the only one with this plan.
