115am. loved this so much ! I was a summer baby and grew up in a rural town so the nature in this... the night sky, the fireflies etc reminded me of summers back home. How much I loved sitting with them, also the same time of year you could find frogs all over the front steps late at night singing, and hear the gentle cries of wild dogs in the distance... I used to sit in my window sill of my bedroom starring at the stars and the sky and also moon gazing before I knew it was a thing :) . Such beautiful memories and reminders of our natural draw and connection with nature. xo

Module 5. Profound unearthing of some deeply repressed experiences and emotions. I’m welcoming it all in, but suddenly realise that this is DEEP healing happening and perhaps it’s best to go slow. I’m honoured to be learning from you. 🙏🏽
I was feeling tired this morning and instead of pushing on through like I would normally I decided to do a ‘quick’ yoga nidra aka this one and managed to fall asleep briefly at the end. Sometimes we need this little practices during the day to reset our body, mind and soul. Super soothing as always ❤
Love this one. I’ve been struggling with my original primary sankalpa since my life and sense of self has been turned upside down these past months. This YN helped me connect to myself deeply in a way that has been pretty elusive recently. Grateful. 🙏

430pm. This was a really profound practice for me. Very deep and revealing. I did not enter deep relaxation but did have this beautiful heart connection and an inner knowing of my purpose and all the things that are possible and conspiring to happen for me in this life. :)

Thank you for this practice Ally. I really loved the image of the full moon, the night sky, the milky way, the big tree and the fireflies. I could really connect with that. I'm always so in love with the dark sky and the connectedness I feel through it.
I love your meditations, especially with the singing bowls. These meditations reset my brain and renew my enery. If I listen at bedtime I usually fall asleep before the end which is great!
I absolutely loved this practice and I know it will be a favorite. I’m amazed at how deep a practice can be in 15 minutes! I loved the rotation of images (fireflies!) and the powerful simplicity of welcoming a sense of wholeness and well-being into my heart cave and my entire being. I loved this so much. I fell into a very deep rest even with a lot of noise around me and stress in my life today. I love love love these crystal bowl sounds. So meditative. They take me to such a deep place. Thank you 🙏
Good morning ☀️ - for me, this has been the most difficult practice of the training. Despite my best efforts to attend and shift focus, the volume of the background chimes/bells was too much for my system. So much so, I choose to abandon the practice 2/3 through to honor my system’s need for regulation. Noticing the thinking mind compensating for the system activation of too many competing sounds, attempts to attune to rotation of consciousness and internal resource, even having the support of my cat lounging on my torso like an amazing sandbag!😻, the best pathway for my stress reduction today was to shift away from this recording. Thank you for your offering and understanding 💜
I realise (as I'm sorting my practice log) that I've come to this practice over 10 times but have never commented! It's such a beautiful - deep - restful experience I have simply floated off into my day afterwards. The space of the chidakash especially, and the bowls. Mmmmmmm. Truly gorgeous.
I really enjoyed the visual of a deep cave in the heartspace. I made me sink very deep in my body and feel safe. I never heard of that visual before 💙🌌 I am from Belgium and I first learned about yoga nidra in a local yin yoga class during the pandemic

I love this meditation Ally. It is the perfect way to reduce stress in minutes. I just did this after a 2 hour drive in rush hour traffic and feel so calm now.

I did this practice upon waking after the fall time change, It helped my body to feel both rested and aware. I also really loved the inner refuge guidance paired with sound bowls, that felt magical. 🌙 Thank you Ally!

7:30 am. Usually I practice in the afternoon or evening when I need to relax. It was a different experience in the morning. My body was very responsive and I felt waves of warmth and tingling energy throughout my body during the rotation of consciousness. I would like to continue doing shorter Nidras in the morning. My lunchtime practice today. When I go thru the body scan, I find my heart starts to beat really powerfully.
