Fabulous. You are incredibly gifted, and finding you has been a gift. After about 3 months, I’m seeing that anger isn’t affecting my outward behavior nearly as often or as intensely . I’m 57 and never had truly experienced deep anger/rage until 4 or 5 years ago. The anger started happening without much warning and was leading to rage. Feelings of overwhelm and helplessness about the state of the world seemed to trigger me. I’ve been practicing yoga almost 10 years and completed a 200 YT training as well. But, yoga nidra is very powerful in a different way. This is such a gift to learn about yoga nidra from you, Ally!!

Ten years ago I experienced a traumatic brain injury that was almost life ending. I get the sense that yoga nidra is particularly therapeutic for me. I’ve been doing your practices for about a year and it is transformative to have this gateway at my fingertips a calmer, happier version of myself. I began with a situation agitating me, I felt myself drift further away from it and eventually return back into my body that was experiencing the situation. I believe the agitation is still there yet I’m more removed from it now. What a gift!

This one in particular is extremely helpful. I have been dissociating since age 8 and now at age 50 finally getting a handle on it. Becoming aware of being in my body and the rotation of consciousness has helped me learn to recognize signs of hunger, fatigue, etc. i feel connected to me now after only a year of practicing yoga nidra

❤I’m in post op recovery & practised this from my TV on the sofa. It’s not as intimate as in my yoga room but I did feel FLUSHED out of the anaesthetic drugs as blood coursed thro my veins with my focus & awareness. Thank u soooo much for offering this medicine 🙏

This has been such a lifesaver leading up to the summer solstice. As lovely as all this light is, I'm waking up so early and not sleeping very well. I try my best to get good sleep but i do alot of varied shift work, workout alot a mixture of weight training and MMA, plus trying to learn new skills and keep up relationships and a social life. Today it all just got too much so i decided to do this and all incan say is wow. I was not asleep but i was definitely in a different brain state. I feel like i got a complete reset compared to how i woke up this morning. Thank you so much!

Thank you Ally for this relaxing practice. I tried it as a mid-day one, as usually do YN in AM, and also tried Kristyn’s Waxing Moon Meditation this morning. I noticed they both involved the 3rd eye. I ended up taking a nap after YN. I’m processing some life changes this wk, & feeling tired, so took time to rest. Will journal for the YN training & am going to do yoga, then will do some coursework. I’ve had a slower start to the training than anticipated, but am looking forward to it!. Namaste 🙏 ✨

Thank you so much Ally! This was honestly amazing. I try my best to get good sleep but i do alot of varied shift work, workout alot a mixture of weight training and MMA, plus trying to learn new skills and keep up relationships and a social life. Today it all just got too much so i decided to do this and all incan say is wow. I was not asleep but i was definitely in a different brain state. I feel like i got a complete reset compared to how i woke up this morning. Thank you so much!

Thank you Ally for this relaxing practice. I tried it as a mid-day one, as usually do YN in AM, and also tried Kristyn’s Waxing Moon Meditation this morning. I noticed they both involved the 3rd eye. I ended up taking a nap after YN. I’m processing some life changes this wk, & feeling tired, so took time to rest. Will journal for the YN training & am going to do yoga, then will do some coursework. I’ve had a slower start to the training than anticipated, but am looking forward to it!. Namaste 🙏 ✨
