Thank you for acknowledging the roots of this practice. So much knowledge passed down through the yogis that have been forgotten or under appreciated. Thank you for preserving and propagating this practice in the modern day. If ever we need it, it is now when modern life has robbed us of the ability to ever completely relax and / or get the rest we need to be well and happy.

But you and yoga nidra, have a magical ability to help me relax and drift off. I am more grateful than you know and definitely more than I could say. I found you through Dr. Huberman and that was definitely my lucky day.
Dear Ally, It's hard to find words of gratitude that are strong enough for the recordings you create and share. I learned a new word this week -- ineffable -- and that's how you can be described. I have been listening almost daily for months now, and embracing your guidance has been truly transformative. My sleep is better and my life is better. Sometimes I still have a hard time dropping in, but other times I can surrender enough to find deep relaxation. This new recording really works for me. The sound is amazing, and the visualizations at the end shift my levels of relaxation profoundly. Another favorite is the 45-minute yoga nidra for the Mind's Eye, from about 1 year ago. I can listen over and over, and each time hear and feel something a little different. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your efforts. I appreciate you immensely and I know I speak for many others out there who feel the same. Keep up the great work.

The specific mantra at the different chakras was interesting and unique, and I liked the modification of the rotation of conscious awareness starting the journey along the marma points from the pit of the throat. Your language was exquisite, and I appreciated the visuals and loved and savored all of the pauses and simply wanted more of them throughout to bask in the medicine of presence. This one is incredible! It’s charged with so much energy and feeling, it’s almost cathartic.. i practiced it a second time, determined to hear all and fallow. But both times I went into an altered consciousness. I have a question- does it matter if you actually hear the words and fallow each step? Thank you, Abby! 🙏

After a whole day of work, I like to train 2 hours of jiu jitsu, but am totally drained and have to drag myself through training. Now, I show up early and pop one of these on in my car, recline back, and within half an hour I'm usually ready to face the evening!❤
Oh gosh. What a nightmare indeed! I live in Australia, and when I heard the election results on the radio, I started crying! Shocking. I feel for you. Lots of yoga nidras are required during these times 😢

Let holy rage guide you but regulate your nervous systems. Stand up for peace and equity for all beings.
