Great intense workout with a good mixture of cardio and strengthening exercises. I love Natalie! This video is 3 circuits, 6 exercises in each circuit (30 seconds each), alternating between cardio and strength exercises. Each circuit is performed twice then move on to next circuit. Great cardio moves that are familiar and effective (high knees, mountain climbers, etc.)
Omg... I thought this workout was challenging but in a good way. I was sweating and my heart rate was up throughout. I was really pumped that I was able to finish it and I didn't give up. I would say, I was really sore for 2 days, which has never happened! Love the videos that are posted on this channel!

Natalie, love your workouts. Just finished this for the first time all the way through with some modifications. I have a bad left wrist and I've found that with moves in plank position, if I hold a very light weight (e.g. 2 lbs) instead of hands flat on the floor, some tension gets relieved. I love that you incorporate the surfer "pop up"...very challenging move but super effective! Would love to see GymRa put together some workouts with the Indo Board! Talk about adding intensity.

very proud of myself, in one month i reached today and completed all circuits, i was doing it every saturday cause in the week i do weights for legs and arms, now i will do it twice a week since i ve developed the stamina.....awesome

i do this once a week and i ll maybe do it twice a week, cause i do some weight training with dumbells the other days, plus some days of rest in between, i can say that this video is a crossfitworkout, some alterations on the exercises here can be made depending on the individual, example in this video i do extra push ups, or/and six pack exercises...the point is i get realy swety and feeling good after, thx natalie for the video.

I have NEVER burned this many calories in just 25mn !!!! And God knows how fit I am! I didn't reach 300 calories (I burned exactly 230 calories) HOWEVER I did reach 300 calories 15mn after the workout! AND it fired up my metabolism so much that I I burned 1200 six hours AFTER the workout!!!! I am definitely doing it again ! Thank you so much for this great workout Natalie! Love from France 💜

My goal is fat loss first and then toning, is HIIT/a little strength incorporated like this best? Or should I focus on cardio for a longer amount of time (example hour kickboxing) with ab exercises after? I usually mix it up every day, but for today I was wondering if I should do this or do more cardio plus an intense ab workout. xx love gymra!

Well, Natalie, I do believe that you've killed me!! Woooweeee!!! I hung in there, i stayed with you and i got it DONE!! I was drenched in sweat, but I LOVED IT!! GREAT WORKOUT!!
Instructor good but heads up round 3 they filmed ONCE so you need to do the opposite of her second time thru. Good exercises but a lot of down time so I fast forwarded through that to amp this up. Used 8lbs and only exercise I substituted was the crab runs round 3 due to a shoulder issue so I did fast high knee runs. I doubled the speed on all cardio and it was a nice cardio weight circuit.
Nice, I sweat a lot 😅 although part of the 2nd round of the 3rd set felt like a 'Deya-vu' since she worked out the same side and said the same things 🤷♀️
