This workout is amazing. I don't like the typical working out, but I enjoy kick boxing and jumping rope so this is like made for me. Play ur fav songs (I played my main character playlist and bad bitch one). Everything is easier with music! Day 1: Completed 12mins, but I'm proud of myself cuz it's a progress. Tomorrow I'm pushing to 20mins. I had 2 water breaks cuz I was already dehydrated. (Even tho I drink 2-3l of water per day) Day 2: Did it!!! Whole 20mins Day 3: I can't believe! 30mins! I finally completed it! Amazing Day 4: Did it!!! full 30mins again! It got easier, but I still feel the burn Day 5: Did it! I'm very happy. yk the feeling after a good workout Day 6: I see I've lost 0,7kg Day 7: I lost 1kg! That's amazing result for one week! I'll keep going

Terrific workout! and way to go Natalie on those jump rope moves!!! you are KILLING it! I did not have a jump rope but decided to use my rebounder for the jump parts and that worked out just GREAT! sweaty at the end and those endorphins were running high! Thanks Natalie:-)
Usually workouts feel to go on slow, this felt like 15mins and I'm sweating and feeling great! I love when workout is always different, I don't like doing circuits, that's a big plus for you, Natalie, way to go!
Awesome workout! I did ~90% of these on my rebounder for added benefit. If you have a rebounder, you may want to try kickboxing on it. Only do this if you are confident in your center/ab strength. Practice safe, to play your best.
