    I love this workout & I love Natalie! She is really good. After my 1st time doing this workout, my thighs were literally still on fire the next day!! Right away, I knew that I would loose body fat. Its challenging but definitely worth it :)

    the girl from the video on tik tokost 70 in 4 weeks so it’ll only take me maybe a week or 2 to reach my goal. ik the way she did it is unhealthy but idc. i’m honestly trying to get the body i’ve always wanted and this is the quickest way

    Really challenging, some of the moves were tough for me but I got a great sweaty workout. The combo of jump rope and kickboxing is so much fun.

    This is my current favorite cardio kickboxing workout. I love the alternating cardio kickboxing and jump roping. I don't even use a jump rope and "Fake jump rope."
    Such a good workout.
    I love cardio kickboxing too, it really is sneaky and gets you a good workout while having fun.

    I am a distance runner. This is great cross-training for me. I struggle with balance and coordination, so it gives me something to work toward without being so challenging that I cannot perform the exercises. Thanks, Natalie!

    This workout is amazing. I don't like the typical working out, but I enjoy kick boxing and jumping rope so this is like made for me. Play ur fav songs (I played my main character playlist and bad bitch one). Everything is easier with music!
    Day 1: Completed 12mins, but I'm proud of myself cuz it's a progress. Tomorrow I'm pushing to 20mins. I had 2 water breaks cuz I was already dehydrated. (Even tho I drink 2-3l of water per day)
    Day 2: Did it!!! Whole 20mins
    Day 3: I can't believe! 30mins! I finally completed it! Amazing
    Day 4: Did it!!! full 30mins again! It got easier, but I still feel the burn
    Day 5: Did it! I'm very happy. yk the feeling after a good workout
    Day 6: I see I've lost 0,7kg
    Day 7: I lost 1kg! That's amazing result for one week! I'll keep going

      No. Hers has too much jumping about . I tried it first before I discovered Natalie‘s . Natalie is intense but there isn’t as much jumping if that makes sense.

    Love this workout Natalie.I'm on my 3rd week and the results are amazing.I'm doing this for an entire month and want to see what progress I'll make.I did ur 45 min.fat burning cardio for 3 week,but I feel this boxing cardio jump roping is far more challenging.Thanks !

    Terrific workout! and way to go Natalie on those jump rope moves!!! you are KILLING it! I did not have a jump rope but decided to use my rebounder for the jump parts and that worked out just GREAT! sweaty at the end and those endorphins were running high! Thanks Natalie:-)

    Usually workouts feel to go on slow, this felt like 15mins and I'm sweating and feeling great! I love when workout is always different, I don't like doing circuits, that's a big plus for you, Natalie, way to go!

    Awesome workout! I did ~90% of these on my rebounder for added benefit. If you have a rebounder, you may want to try kickboxing on it. Only do this if you are confident in your center/ab strength. Practice safe, to play your best.

      31/03/2020 day 2 and I had to take a break twice.My form is a bit off but hopefully I will improve.Nearly didn’t do the workout today but I stuck to it.ate a bit bad today but I won’t let that throw me off

      01/04/2020 completed the workout with no breaks!!! Dripping in sweat and I’m really glad I started working out again.i’m thinking about doing the workout twice

      02/04/2020 dripping in sweat as usual .was very hydrated before my workout.And I’m slowly getting the hang of it.

      03/04/2020 really enjoyed the workout but I have a lot of soreness on my calves but I really want to carry on

    Workout was killer I was dying with the 1 min. Jump ropes especially n targets a lot of areas
